So, few things regarding Bahama Mamas after a bit of looking around and observation.

 

- There is a functionable ATM in entrance. Most likely to allow players to withdraw money to purchase a drink with "cash in hand" - similar to how Prostitutes work.

 

- There are two televisions in the lounge area, they do not work though. Could possibly be for watching current TV shows or advertising Bahama Mamas with logos.

 

- 90% of walls and cover spots can't be used as cover. This suggests that it may have a No-weapons policy similar to Vanilla Unicorn.

 

- The entrance door is invisible from the inside and can clearly see the street. This is most likely because the doors are in fact animated but locked. Similar to how Michaels, Franklins and Trevors safehouses work online for example.

 

- It could possibly cost $20 to get in, going by notices inside.

 

Pretty basic and obvious things, but thought its worth a share :)

nope, those doors are part of the building model, not like the doors of the safehouses of the SP characters.

and you can look onto the street bc it doesn´t have backfaceculling.

to make the doors usable, they would need to: update the building model, update the collision and place dynamic doors at the entrance.

Yup, worked fine during the race I had made.

Well im here right now on the ATM and doesnt work. Im on free mode and i joined with the Deluxo undermap. Maybe is because I only can see the objects in first person?

You need to make your character fall over in order to load in 3rd person. Alternatively, in 1st person, jump on and off of a few tables and it should load in 3rd person.

Ya it's kinda why I don't even bother with them. I tend to steal about 10 crates and then sell since it's just 1 vehicle to deliver. Kinda exciting in freemode but with Bogdan Heist it's kinda like why bother?

What? I actually can't believe that this is true.

It's not. When quitting a sell mission of 10 crates of air cargo, I lose one crate. I always skip the Mogul sell so I am quite certain about this.

Its proportional. If you skip a full inventory sell mission you will lose 3 or 4 crates, I don't remember exactly.

I had the misfortune of getting a Mogul sale mission, and it went down with two crates left. You'd think R* would have listened to all the nastygrams they got about that mission, and either buffed the Mogul, or removed the mission entirely.

Just steal the lazers. I don't do hangar missions though. I take other people's cargo. It's some of the most fun I can get in gta. However, none of my cargo is the same and isn't worth the sale mission. My cargo shelves are filled with trophies stolen from other players. It's taking me quite a while to fill it. Not many people collect SR crates.

That's why you should own the Zancudo Hangar. Loads easier to go 'f*ck this' and just grab a Lazer to do it more quickly and easier. Especially if you're playing in a group and get that damn bombing rooftop one.....

That's why you should own the Zancudo Hangar. Loads easier to go 'f*ck this' and just grab a Lazer to do it more quickly and easier. Especially if you're playing in a group and get that damn bombing rooftop one..... Yeeeaaah...I did get one in the morning and done the very thing you have said. Lets just say that the enemy Buzzards were slow as f*ck and at one point I had to resort to a CEO Buzzard to finish the job :lol:

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't an interior for the Lost MC's Los Santos clubhouse found or something along those lines shortly before the Bikers DLC was about to come out, which was then later used in that DLC for a contract work mission?

 

Could we be looking at a similar situation, here?

Positive outcome: R*'s going to make good use of it, and throw in some more 'lifestyle' stuff as well - which'd is long overdue.

 

Negative outcome: this really is the last proper update for the foreseeable future, and so R* is just trying to pad it out with any preexisting WIP content. :/

Going by what I've seen, the next update could very well be a Midnight Club LA based update (Midnight Club San Andreas/Los Santos?) :O The clue is literally in the name, Midnight Club LA was a racing game by Rockstar that featured Tuner and Cop vehicles, both of which could be driven and both of which are extremely requested features for GTA Online. The fact that it so happens to take place in Los Santos' real world counterpart makes it even more plausible. So thats your Tuners and Cop PV's covered.

 

The "Club" part could possibly refer to Bahama Mamas West, seeing that its interior code was re-added. Or possibly nightlife, as I mentioned a few pages back; Opening the Split Sides Comedy Club, Bahama Mamas (obviously) and provide more general activities such as pool, dancing and actual car meets.

 

I also have a strong feeling that street racing will make a comeback with several new races by Rockstar, perhaps an Import/Export expansion featuring new vehicles as well.

 

A variation of the Vespucci Job featuring new vehicles as well as allowing players who own Emergency Class vehicles (Police Cruiser) to use their custom PV's, much like how The Vespucci Job allows players to use their customized Issy Classic.

 

All just speculation of course, but I strongly believe it will be something centered around that :)

^ That is very plausible, but a tuner outlaw, tied into a style for cops & crooks is sketchy. Not because it can't be done, but it would be more of a F&F type DLC with more import/export which is great. Now the interior stuff for Mamas also brings a question. Will it only be mission based or actual free roam hang out. Love what you did there REXX

Before this update they completely removed the interior from the map. There's no other reason for them to add it back except for upcoming update.

Considering how R* handled certain cars with this update, as well as the new performance tweaks, I really hope they get their collective s*** together before attempting that kind of update...
