Why on God's green earth would you want the IV Super GT when we could have the SA Super GT instead??

Switch the blue to purple and it'll be 90% dead on ;)

Well Bahama Mamas West's interior design is blue so that one looks accurate to me, the LC one was purple/pink.

I need to play some of that GTA TBOGT again.

That's the moment when I will join the public online sessions. For a day.

I want more 80s pop but I'm thinking that is a lot less likely to happen because of licensing reasons.

I wonder how nightclubs will generate cash. It wouldn't make sense for them to have sales or something.

I theorize that they'll constantly produce cash, but you'll have to intervene from time to time to keep the cash flow at its max. Probably some sort of club management work, similar to TBOGT. Thoughts?

Probably. Drugs are so popular in nightclubs, after all, and when you start dealing with drugs, you get drug distribution gangs to deal with, and with drug distribution gangs to deal with you get a lot of sh*t to do - deal with rival gangs supplying drugs to other clubs, steal drugs for your own use, shut down drug production centers, intercept money couriers on their way to exchange money with drugs, yada yada.

And somewhere down the line, a player can get some hocus-pocus lil PvE lineup of missions too. Shut down major drug distribution centers, plot assasinations against gang leaders interested in crippling your business, help celebrities with some of their touchy business in excahnge for a surge of popularity caused by promotion.

Import Export and Gunrunning had some loosely plot-based PvE missions bundled in. Smugglers Run, I don't even know why the f*ck didn't they have them even though they had a perfect base for them. Smugglers Run 2 had some kind of plot, and the update had a perfect possible starting point for an interesting plot regarding these 2 government agents Ron shot. Government and contraband have always been hand in hand in GTA games. Here's hoping a scene as vibrant as nightlife scene gets its own PvE-plot-centric slice of pie. I can see some stuff happening, definitely.

I'd like Rockstar to do something completely new for Nightclubs but I feel like they might go the micromanagement route again, which will suck and be the same grindy mess all others are. Not to mention the enemies with 100% accuracy and the spawns in front of you.

Startup your business - steal musical equipment from Zancudo (which are in slow Duneloader for some reason).
Buy better staff - DJ who runs his school mixtapes and irish bartender who knows like 3 bottle flip tricks.
Security - a bunch of stationary men. Your club still getting raided by police, Losts, whatever.
Resupply - steal some bootles o' booze from a well protected bunch of boxes located in the middle of nowhere cuz f*ck you.

I bought one too but sorry that statement is incorrect, "the only way to get an undamaged Lazer" as I used to get them out of the fort completely unscathed without relying on any mechanics in the game.

Yeah well it depends on the timing and a little bit of luck, but calling lester was much easier than just stealing it.

nah, another multi-million dollar sinkhole vanity piece like yachts!  thirty different clubs on the map, all with the same interior and if another player in the session you join has their club at the same location you originally chose, you get moved!  you wanna have yours at the cool place on the corner of Smith and Jones Street?  tough sh*t, xXPussySlayer69Xx already has theirs there, your club interior is now situated on Skid Row opposite the HIV clinic

Surprised it hasn't happened yet TBH.

I've been contemplating what the next OTT vehicle to hit freeroam with the next update could be. There's bound to be one.

We already have a flying car equipped with spammable, highly accurate missiles. Where the f*ck do you go from there?

A jet with stealth mode, explosive cannon and R2K missiles doesn't seem that far fetched.

R* could charge what they like, it'd have to cost more than a Lazer. I'd b*tch and moan until I was blue in the face about it. I'd also pay yacht money to stay top of the freeroam food chain.

Well if that ever happens it has to be an accurate, very well made F-22 knockoff. I would buy that for sure, it's been a long time already that I want a F-22 stealth fighter in the game.

The plane should have R2K missiles for sure, but unlike these newer meme vehicles it should be limited to 8 just like in the Ruiner. These 8 would be realistically stored inside the plane while in stealth mode and also deploy as you fired them. To recharge you should go back to your hangar or something.

Give it Hydra\Lazer cannons because why the hell not? It should be damn near unbeatable against anything older, just like the F-22 is. Also, it wouldn't have countermeasures, so things with R2K missiles would be effective against it since they are nearly unavoidable. That is, provided they survive the first attack.

Also, it should have a cooldown if it's destroyed. A reasonably long cooldown, not some 2 minute bullsh*t

I think the income of your club (if constant) will depend on popularity - by presence of Vinewood prominence. These celebrities will have their special requests you will have to correspond to, like deliver drugs or fastfood, do some stunts, jump from a building with parachute or without, drive them around in public lobby without getting them killed in various kind of vehicles...

Errands... Fun at first, but how long... You had a sneak peek at the errand jobs with Impress Oligarchs Daughter with Flying Under Bridges. That will be probably it.

All right, I've thought more and here's how I think the nightclubs will work. This is all just speculation.

The clubs you'll be able to buy won't be the existing bars like Bahama Mamas or Tequilala, although those might become accessible. You'll be able to buy one location from the Foreclosures website and buy various upgrades to personalize the look. Buy a dance floor as an upgrade, etc. There will be a bunch of locations in LS and several different types of club to choose from, but functionally they're the same. Functionally it will be sort of like a hybrid of the MC's clubhouses and businesses. Rockstar sticks to what it knows.

You'll have to be in an organization to operate the club. CEO, VIP, or MC, they'll all work with it. The club has a supply meter just like a business. You'll have to go on a variety of fetch quests to keep that meter filled. There's no "product" meter, instead you have a "reputation" meter, which determines how much money you make. If you let the supplies run out, you'll lose rep, and thus lose income. That income will be periodic, sort of the opposite of the utility bill.

You can buy the supplies, but you can't buy rep. Just like the MC clubhouse, you'll also have a few "contract" missions you can start. These will mirror TBoGT club management tasks: escort a celebrity to the club, go pick up some hookers, make a drug deal, and so on. Completing these may improve your club rep, or just pay straight cash.

Access to the club will be via a blue corona at the entrance, like other business. An interaction menu setting will let you control access, from everyone, to friends and crew only, to no one. The dance minigame will be back, if you buy the dance floor upgrade, and will unlock stuff if you do well (exactly like the bunker shooting range).

(don't sue me when all this is wrong)

^ This is what I guessed a month ago and it's still my best guess (but is probably completely wrong)

The 620 is blatantly a Jag XKR coupe, which is also basically the design they used for the Aston DBR7 too.

Specifically, same designer: Ian Callum was the man behind the modern Aston Martin look, and also designed the revamped XK and F-Type.

(and if you're wondering why so many cars these days look kinda 'same-y', his brother Moray did a lot of work for Mazda, and is responsible for the current 'house style' at Ford... :p)

That said, the more I look at GTA IV pics of both the Super GT and F620, I can't help but think that whoever sculpted them made one basic model, then changed the specific details for each - the overall proportions and generic shared details are remarkably similar... Not that that's bad, mind - again, two real-life cars with the same designer. ;)

It would be nice if the Nightclub is truly passive income

Nothing involving fetch quests. Just called up occasionally at night to resolve problems
