But saying nothing doesn’t solve anything. They could of pulled that off with Singleplayer but not with an online game that gets probably 20k-30k players daily that’s buggy and filled with glitches.

....and seriously? Just got home and was planning to grind some Heists. Looks like I'll wait a bit then, don't want my Vigilante disappearing for a week. It makes PB Plane SO f*cking easy, get there first and destroy everything. Randumb proof so long as a competent player is the Pilot

Edit- Any reason why my social club says unable to retrieve personal vehicle details? I just checked my garages and all my cars are there. 

Edit again- Think it fixed itself! Just drove my Sabre Turbo Custom and Franken Stange, showed both of them on the site after.

Excellent, now I'm gonna try to do the setups on the Bogdan Problem. I got the Vigilante and the Savestra yesterday, because it's not like they are gonna put up a sale soon. Hahahahahaha… 

 

Anyway, I might try to get the Flash GT and the Sentinel Classic. After that, I'm saving my money for the next update, whatever the hell it is.

I really don't see that happening unless we get a Naval themed update.

It'd act as both a Boatcraft storage and Aircraft due to the Boat count in the game being so damn low

One of the new artist coming with Nightclubs is Tale of Us, they have a song called "Fresh Water". Boats float on water, including aircraft carriers. During Vietnam a special drag racing team did exhibition runs on aircraft carriers with the "Lawman" Boss 429 Mustangs. A car designed for proper drag racing.

 

Therefore I think a drag racing mode with a drag version of Ellie is coming with the next update.

Probably one of the best conspiracy theories I have ever seen.

 

I can see people being able to play around on the AC in freemode, and probably for the Creator, but not as a purchasable property.

I think they should add the Triathlon races from TBoGT in this update, it would be a nice throwback and something actually new to the racing aspect of the game. No floating tracks or transform mechanics, just the classic parachute > boats > cars concept from the original.

 

I miss a lot these races, was thinking about trying to recreate the idea using the transform race creator but it just wouldn't feel right at all. I want a proper TBoGT Triathlon race mode. Shouldn't be impossible or very difficult, I don't know crap about game designing and coding but all the aspects are already in the game, and if they made the Stromberg, the Deluxo, the Heists, the Stunt and Transform Races, why the hell they wouldn't be able to put the Triathlon in the game? It's so simple. I would be happy even if it turned out to be another stunt spin-off where instead of transforming you actually change from one vehicle to the next.

 

Hell, it would be cool though if it was just a reworked version of the old GTA Race mode with the weapons disabled and vehicles spawned where they need to be, with players starting from helicopters in order to parachute down to the boats. No stunt floating tracks or giant tubes too, just pure racing using the actual map, and I say that as someone who loves stunt racing!

Didn't even knew about that, was it on old gen too? I honestly didn't touched the current gen story mode because I've finished it 3 times in old gen haha  I know most missions back and forth because of the replay feature too.

But it still would be so much better if I could do so with actual people, like I can with every racing mode in the game.

It would come, the very fact that it would be drag racing and as such take place on a single straight would make it perfectly suitable. Since you would barely ever touch the steering, Rockstar would need to put other things in to make drag racing more engaging, like a proper burnout/tire warm-up feature and a manual-only transmission mechanic that rewarded well timed shifts. Make the starts manual and punish false starts to make players pay attention would also be neat I think.

 

Just imagine the sheer boredom of drag racing consisted of just the regular racing mechanics of the game. Even with proper drag cars it would get old very quickly and people would just want the cars themselves. Or everybody would just grab the quickest drag car and only use it, killing the variety and making everything even more boring.
