Just to remind you that it's part of a function that list world props featured in supply missions.

Those props in the pics are likely to be featured in the new missions in which we will act as cops or deal with them, it's not a confirmation that we will be able to store cop cars.

Also I have misunderstood the function that deal with the new event again.

To make it simple, we can collect more than one cargo during the new event.

This new Penned In event would work like one of the Battle royale games where the zone acts as the storm while allowing you to collect infinite cargo inside the zone and deliver them to your base as long as you make it in time.

Can the new business be done in a solo public session?

I've got a feeling that the Penned In style event won't trigger if you are alone in a session, like other free roam events.

Actually The Benz was the one who said after all the effort that went into making heists, they had no plans to make more. But in the 2015 Asked n Answered they just said heists were harder to make than other content. Cops n Crooks was the original direction for gtao, but was scrapped becuz they felt it was too mmo'ish. Incorporating some Cops n Crooks elements into a new business model prob wouldnt be too far fetched, but owning our own police hq's like Mach mentioned prob would. It would make ppl happy just to make emergency vehicles storable, and police outfits along with all the game mode locked clothing. Throw in the cut weapons, Mansions, Remove the "Advanced Flags" Garbage, and a Healthy Dose of Air, Land, n Sea Vehicles, and it could be an update worthy of the grand finale.

 

On a side note I read the Dec issue of Gamepro's interview with Imran Sarwar. He did sidestep the question of when was last update for gtao (Naturally), but He did say that RDR2's launch was gonna affect gtao updates to get ppl focused on the release of the new game.

I'm going to shoot in the blind - Cops and Crooks. As a crooked cop you can steal all of the supplies from other players and sell them later.

But working as a secret IAA? Well that makes a lot more sense after DDH, right? And It would explain those unused agent outfits.

I had a look at these coords in game, the first one is a chair inside the police station

That's really interesting.

 

One of them is a chair inside the Police station, the other is a dumpster in front of the Police department.

I assume the new business will give us missions where we have to deal with the cops or work with them.

 

So Why would it be a desk in a police station and then a dumpster outside? Whats the narrative for something like that?

 

Simple:

 

Mission starts with - "Sneak inside the police station and steal those files we need"

 

and after that - "Crap... They already got rid of the evidence! Go check garbage bins outside, We still might find something"

 

 

 

The Doomsday Heist was at worst a mixed bag. I don't like the high prices and over emphasis on weaponized and meme vehicles, but the heists are pretty enjoyable and you can do them all with two players. No complaints about that.

I don't mind prices and weaponized vehicles (if they are balanced well)

But those heists... they would be way more enjoyable without those little cheap tricks just to make sure you waste time and don't earn to much money/h.

 

And if whose bulletproof "clones/robots" had actual new lines or something... Why a clone that was raised inside a mountain speaks and behaves like every other merc npc in the game? They always have to half-ass something... Instead of lazily adding couple zeros to HP they could give them riot shields, new behaviors, anything. But ofc that takes work and effort...

I was obviously joking about Cheburek. Jester Classic needs to go to Bennys's asap! The carbon stuff is actually put on Supras irl, but it shouldn't be on a stock version ffs... I can write a book how much they f*cked it up, but I have small hope that, in the next update, it will either get Bennyfication with the amount of parts comparable to the Elegy Retro or they give us proper "Jester Classic" aka NSX, that doesn't look like Fiero replica with down syndrome, as a way to say sorry...

You forgot to mention one of the biggest blemish.

 

Pariah in Sports. It's the Third Fastest SUPER! It destroyed the Sports class completely.

Maybe the police desk is about a mission in the new update where we have to sneak in to the police station to retrieve or destroy a case file relating to one of our businesses to prevent a raid.

It makes sense when we know that raids have been disabled, and are potentially being reworked?

Yes, I noticed that as well.

 

On the screen where you select between a custom or regular Issi, it also has a "Vehicle Class" selection, but cannot be changed.

 

No reason to include that unless it's possible to change the class.
