Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 6)

I feel like they'll still give us something in June. Perhaps they'll put together a few vehicles, more contact missions, and some fixes (such as the flags on the newer vehicles) just as a filler update to hold us off until the big update. Rockstar already teased the nightclub update, they are well aware that people know of its existence. We'll have to wait and see.

Pushed back Nightclubs, huh? Well, I can deal with June just being a filler update as long as it comes with fixes to the new cars. I bet they also plan to use that list of cars already in game as part of it...

Technically, no evidence has pointed towards the flags being removed. We just firmly believe it's possible.

The whole delay for this update is good thing for me. It gives me a whole month to grind and get more money so i can actually get stuff for it. Running low on money on this game sucks. I also hope that this update releases a good method to make money. I've already hit one goal by hitting rank 1000, now its time for my other 2 goals. I hopefully will be able to get them done by the RDR2 comes out. I also am looking forward to the new scavenger hunt coming out within the next few weeks. I wonder what that one will be all about. I personally like the theme of the Nightclub update. I really hope that they finally add some stuff i requested to be added. Only time will tell. I also wonder how long the drip feed for said update will last for. I figure it'll probably go until RDR2 comes out.

Yans track record might not be perfect but he's 100% more legitimate than XXII.

Honestly, after watching the video he just seems a tad bit salty that people take Yan's word at more value than his, now I personally don't know what xxii has leaked, I don't know what he's gotten wrong, but his video legitimately came off as immature and childish.

I honestly can't stand XXII, his attitude stinks. He claims to "leak", and "predict" content, when all he is really doing is stating the obvious. I remember he created a Pfister Comet rally car, which he used in one of his many "DLC Concept Trailers". When the Comet Safari came to GTA:Online months later, he claimed that Rockstar "took his idea"... Lmao

To me, the nightclub update still seems plausible because of that whole deluxo/bahama mamas interior glitch fiasco. Maybe R* will add a Maisonette 9 somewhere in downtown LS like they did with bunkers and facilities at Blaine County? And purchasing it would unlock the unreleased Maisonette 9 tee...

Haven't even watched the video in question. Clickbait trash that leaches off the GTA community doesn't deserve the ad revenue.

Anyone would be more reliable than him. I could make something up right now an be more reliable.

The next update will have Big Smoke as the mission giver, and is based entirely around trains. 100% confirmed.

It's probably better that they delay it. How often has this thread been bombarded with complaints that DLC feels rushed, incomplete, or just subpar? Everytime an update drops, that's how often. I'm hoping they looked st the final product and said "you know what this DLC needs? Watercraft, amphibious firearms, new scuba gear, and new swimsuits!" Doubt it though...

Back on topic. I have a feeling Rockstar have read suggestions here on the forums and decided incoorporate them, seeing as the update is supposedly going to be larger than expected. I also believe the Jester Classic will get a full on Bennys treatment; essentially converting it into Sports in response to the current negative feedback (unless they re-release it under Sports completely). Handling flags? 99% they're getting shot of them.
