Hello. I'm wondering a few things.

1. Did the servers being down have anything to do with everything being pushed back? Curious..

2. Originally, Yan stated the club DLC was slated for a June release and of course now we know it's being pushed back to a different month, which to me seems like July. (Speculation) So with that said, it could be pushed back roughly a couple weeks from when we thought it would be released and be in a new month.

3. We knew nothing about new contact missions, and then bam!, they are here. I wonder how many more of these exist.

4. To me, it seems by pushing back the races one week, everything has been offset by 1 or 2 weeks. The 19th or 26th was what the group was leaning towards, so this may add up to the nightclub dlc now coming out in early July. 

5. My speculation on how things flow from here:

June 5th - New races, Jester released here or following tuesday

June 12th - Creator update, Jester released here or previous tuesday

June 19th  (week of) - QA Beta starts updating

June 26th ...ish - Trailer for new nightclub dlc

July 3rd - Nightclub DLC releases

True, unless they tied it to the independence day event somehow, but I agree that does seem unlikely. Then that pushes us to July 10th release (speculation). I believe going months (Lets say to an August release) without new content would hurt the player base and overall sales for rockstar. Unless of course, contact missions and the like are sitting around to fill in. But I find that strategy doubtful.

True, but we have seen unusual a lot lately from rockstar. They changed up the dripfeed, changed the dates on when content was releasing (races, "supra"), and brought out the contact missions unexpectedly. If this nightclub DLC is big, then I could see a july release and not a june one. Times are changing in GTAO..

So the dj announcement and including bahama mamas interior, was to ensure under the map deluxo griefers can blast electronic music while they float invinicible through LS.  And if anyone tries to do the same, they can chill in the club and do the dj interaction.  It does say summer, summer doesnt start until June 21st this years, so I would expect the DLC after the 21st.

It's kind of fun and all but it just feels like a glorified expansion than a full sequel my opinion

Maybe R* delayed the "night club DLC" (bummer btw) to seize an opportunity long for the taking. Maybe, just maybe, they realized it's about time the Mile High Club was finished already. The game is, after all, set in present time now. What better update could there be to have the damn skyscraper finished already?!

I do realize there are some missions and whatnot that take place at the construction site, including one of Madrazo's new "Dispatch" missions. Anyway, it's an opportunity that would make sense to me.

In my opinion it's gonna be june 12th or 19th. Just because they said "Summer" doesn't mean it has to technically be summer. I'm sure most people in the northern hemisphere regard June as a whole as summer. I mean we are getting triple digit temperatures for a whole week already and I live nowhere near the desert and it's still May. And schools let out for "the summer" weeks prior to the day it actually begins.

I'd say 26th if this update really was delayed. But otherwise no, even if it is the only tuesday that's techinically post-summer.

Last i recall they promised something with a by the end of spring/summer release window it ended up being winter the following year. Might as well slap the definitive "soon" in there too

They promised heists would be released spring in 2014 and didn't deliver until spring 2015

It's disappointing that we have to wait more for the update. Hopefully summer is still not out of the question. Probably after the 4th of July update.

What will they do to make up? Two weeks of $2x on Import/Export until we get tired of it?

Nightclubs being delayed is pretty disappointing I'm not that interested in them and just want them to be over. I hope I'm wrong but I think nightclubs will be very expensive and just be another bunker/mc business/special cargo ripoff of go fetch supply missions and wait an ingame week for them all to be sold and to get paid.
