I'm highly doubting we'll be able to buy Bahama Mamas, I've mentioned it few days before, the building functions the same way Tequi-La-La functions, it has a door leading to it, I doubt we'll be able to buy a property like that, the ones that have no actual interiors have more chances, they can just put blue circles in front of them and we teleport somewhere else to access the actual interior.

Bahama Mamas might just be featured in a mission or something like that.

Knowing rockstar they want to keep the buildings that already have interiors for missions and rockstar was already attempting to make a mission there with the original heists update.

I'm actually hoping that they'll just scrap that unfinished interior and make it a purchasable property like any other. It would be so convenient to have a nightclub right in front of my apartment and office. I would even, for the first time ever, make an exception to my rule and buy the most expensive option if that was the case.

Cheap to start, but a lot on upgrades, and low revenue so it takes forever to pay off.

Not even mansions would cost that much.

 

every building that we can buy has been around 5 Mill maximum.

 

The only item i could see cost 10 Mill (besides yachts) would be mansions and even that is a maybe.

Entire update? Quite probably. Single property? Absolutely impossible. We have seen pretty much established pattern of entry-lever prices for properties hovering around 1.5-2 millions. There is absolutely no reason for a night club to cost more than Bunker, Hangar, Facility combined, let alone 50 million. 90% of the GTAO players haven't seen this amount of money even in YouTube videos. So, forget about it. Clubs are going to be 10 mil top with upgrades in a prime location.

I feel like they teased him coming back in Smugglers Run with that whole "self help, life guru shtick" that Ron mentioned, and he did own the Strip Club.

50/70 Mio would be the entire DLC including most expensive properties and buying everything from new cars to stupid new masks and the future new 50 low-resolution camo parkas.

 

Not mention there will a lot of dripfeed and new business opportunities, so this won't be that brutal. Make some money from the new business, eventually unlock trade prices from new missions, buy the dripfeeded vehicle...etc

I hope that if we get another modern benefactor (i hope so and it would fit the Theme) it won't be yet another average SUV but an actuall luxurious fast sedan. A 2018 E class or S class

SASSS is brutal for me because dripfed vehicles are not only mostly boring, but they're broken too.

We don't know much of the next update yet, just that it's themed around nightclubs so I'd save any preconceived notions about it for much closer to release time. Smuggler's Run was about smuggling goods across the state, which is exactly what you did in the original game too, just in a different setting and with different toys/game mechanics.

any thoughts on who the contact will be for this Nightclub update? someone new or a returning character? my guess is Bogdan, what else is a Russian exile going to to do in LS but get into the club scene.

I'm thinking either Gay Tony or Yusuf Amir ... Maybe even Rocco, but that would totally screw up the GTAO timeline.
