Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 5)

Rockstar could care less what YouTubers say regarding the release schedule. It was clearly laid out by Rockstar well before the update even released. They even gave dates for some of the content, basically saying that the drip feed will definitely go through May 29th.

 

This also points at the next update coming either the 12th or 19th, with Independence Day content packaged with it.

 

Edit: Guys, if you don't like what someone says, just leave it be and move on. We have gone through this before. Let's not turn the topic into more of a sh*t show than it already is.

also I'm going to take a guess that they might be doing announcement of something coming soon this week as well...I have my doubts about it though...but it's just a wild guess out there since nothing new was released and that this is just an event week

I do have another complaint about this week: How many times are they gonna put the APC on sale? I'll admit, if I still didn't have one, then it would of course work out in my favor, but overall it is repetitive as f*ck. It seems like the Gunrunning vehicles are on sale every other week anyway.

 

Anyway, yeah it sucks we don't have new vehicles this week, and also is there any Targeted Sales? I'll check my game, but I'll still ask anyway.

They already "announced" everything when they newswired about Southern San Andreas update, im not expecting anything major besides regular weekly stuff till may 29th at least. Though its really interesting how today's newswire post will look like since there's roughly nothing new apart from extented TA and bunker bonuses.

The lack of content today has nothing to do with YouTuber's... More attention was brought to a specific topic. If we go by the original 1 drop a week, technically they're still on target. We just became a bit excited for the content to come quicker than normal. 2 weeks into what normally would be a 13 week drip feed, we hoped for half the time.. Sadly Murphy's Law.. I expect the initial desire for June 12th, will be played out as such, at latest the 26th.
