no...but he apparently says he's an "Insider" which I very much doubt...but I do have a guess that he just wants attention...that's why I rarely say anything...I would wait to see what the true insiders say about what I said before anybody else say something about what I said...cause truth be told I honestly think what he said is fake...oh and I did read it...I'm just trying to put it in a way that it's not a direct quote and the way I said it made it more confusing than it already was

(edit) but if what I said doesn't make sense this is what he truly said to me:

"Well Rockstar has a release date of vehicles to bring out and and they do watch all the YouTubers and they have decided to not release it today because they keep confirming that it comes out on a day that they say it comes out so they said we're not putting it out today"
