So remember when Heists were first coming out waaaay back in 2014, but got delayed? They released I'm Not A Hipster to fill the void while they fixed Heists. Now granted a Heist part 2 doesn't exist at the moment, but what's to say there was meant to be a Heist part 2 and it got delayed, hence the on hold and coming later part of Yan's riddle? What would they release to fill that gap? I'm Not A Hipster Part 2! Now I may be totally wrong, but who knows?

Makes sense but theres no way Yan put that much thought into his clue. Plain and simple hipster pt 2 is delayed and coming later in dec or is coming next year with a different theme taking its place for the dec update. Doesnt really matter from this point theres 100% an update coming out this in dec

I highly, highly doubt that Rockstar would delay INAH 2 at the last moment and be able to whip up a DLC in such a quick time period.

Even if the INAH DLC was delayed clearly Rockstar has something up their sleeve. Reason I say that is due to the fact an update has already gone through the Sony and Microsoft verify process thingy that's if i'm remembering everything correctly.

Obviously that's not the case. The DLC is going to be whatever it was meant to be. Rockstar may be unpredictable with their announcements and release schedule to the outside, but there's a simple software development process behind all of it, so content needs to be thought out, specified, developed, implemented, tested internally, and then a final QA test to make sure nothing was overlooked.

So by the time they update the game files for QAbeta, you know that they're in the very last phase of rolling out an update.

At that point it may turn out something still needs to be fixed, so there might be a delay (unlikely, but ok). But whatever was coming our way is still the same thing we'll be getting.

If it's not going to be INAH2, that's simply because it was never going to be INAH2.

I have been playing the game for the last few hours, meanwhile, wouldn't you know it this board has continued freaking out, to everyone that still insists just because the planned update is delayed that nothing is coming, get this, 2017 has seen more concurrent players than ever before, Dec is a huge sales season for businesses, and R* almost certainly have been working on multiple projects, each at a different state of progress obviously, add all that up and we are definitely going to get an update in Dec, even if it is not what R* had planned, there is now way in hell they are going to miss out on holiday shark card sales just cos they hit a bump in the road with their planned update, they have had all year to plan for Dec, they most likely have a backup plan ready to go, even if it is mixing and matching from several projects.

I could see the GTA Online storyline ends with the Heist Part 2 which leads me to think it is less likely to come out now but later on when the game will officially reach its end. I see the mansions reach us just then, and not at the upcoming DLC as R* might wish to make the GTA Online finish with your retirement, making a reference to Micheal. The most possible thing we could get from all the speculations is a nightclub to own ( by the current speculations ofcourse), so we should expect an expensive DLC in a different perspective after the riddle that is if R* actually do follow their DLC's cost raising. In my opinion it is more likely to be an ending DLC to the business kind of missions with a big business to outmatch every other, then R* are clear to engage on any other DLC like Heists Part 2 and I'm Not A Hipster Part 2.

I think it's also worth noting that yan's riddle was made up of the first and last letter of each word so surely if he were referring to INAH it would be IH, or Hipster/HR... We have HS, and it doesn't make sense to me to refer to the update as Hipsters/HS 2 comparatively.

 

It's quite a stretch, but I don't think we can discount the possibility that Yan may have been referring to Heists 2 unless he clarifies.

 

And yes it's come down to scrutinising individual letters and discerning potential meaning... The things that happen in this thread between updates.
