I speculate, we're going to see more involvement of aliens in future dlc's. I hope we get an Independence Day style DLC. that'd be dope.

I think it's inevitable but will probably be the last one. They didn't put all those UFOs in the game for nothing.

Probably not unless they announce on Monday. I'm still betting on a very late March/early April release of a moderate (Gunrunning sized) DLC. Hopefully auto/racing/Midnight Club style update, but who knows.

Said it before: if it's anything like Special Vehicle Circuit, and the vehicles aren't just more of a previous theme, but something a bit different (the Infernus/Turismo Classics, for example), then that could well hint at the sort of things R* is working on for the rest of this year's updates.

 

Again, the SVC Classics got followed up by other things that were either '80s/'90s exotics (Ardent), updated takes on 3D-era fan-favourites (Hustler, Hermes), or both (Cheetah Classic).

They can post on twitter anytime they wish..even update their website. They don't need to be in the office to do so. There's online tools that can schedule postings..Ok I know it's off topic haha

They schedule posts ahead of time (Including update announcements) on their social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). They don't post on those platforms live. It's all scheduled ahead of time.

 

I can't speak on the Newswire though. They may have to update that live, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have a way to schedule posts for the Newswire too.

 

Yes they can for the Newswire as well. I do it for my Website from time to time

Im kind of excited about a dlc being announced before we have any leaks for it. Since before lowriders weve known whats coming for every dlc before its even announced and I think for once not knowing might make it a more exciting experience.

People are expecting a DLC in march so if this isn't the case they will make a post to calm things down, saying "don't worry, something is coming later".

I can see 3 themes for the next DLC:

1) tunners and outlaws

2) IGG 3 (mansions, beach houses, maybe nightlife, etc)

3) Naval DLC

 

And maybe some type of races, as part of the dripfed of the dlc (like the transform races on sumugglers run DLC)

My only speculation so far : someone will jump in this thread anytime soon and start speculating about when we'll get some new hipster stuff. Or new tuner things.

4) and IAA agents dlc cause it fits the story after DDHeist. Now that we know everyone at IAA we start to work as secret agents.

 

Low effort update cause they can reuse missions from SP (

) and they could mix in other popular requests like "bounty hunters" and "cops and rubbers" it to one thing.

We even did things early this time, we broke the page two days ago, we got it locked few days ago, an announcement or a trailer from Rockstar would create a 404 error in here lol
