Genuinely, I'd prefer SF and LV to come along instead of LC. Purely because we've already seen a HD rendition of it.

Im with you. A very cool part about that would be taking a long drive into one of the new cities, seeing the sights for the first time and knowing you can move thru land, sea and air with some type of realistic distance between the two.

I don't think seven days would make much difference, considering its probably in its final testing stages, if not already finished and waiting for the green light.

The update is likely complete and has been for a while now, QA updating is just fixes being made to bugs etc...

I doubt it's gonna be sh*tty transform races. The money were making with 2X Bunker is just too much for a couple cars and nothing else. It's all in their interest to make decent sized updates until RDR2 gets released. Keeping us busy, then people who are interested will switch to RDR2 for some time, not much will happen for GTAO during that time anyway.

I hope we at least get more cars like that.... it's what made Doomsday so great for me, it wasn't just a Super Spam like most updates usually are. There were still some Supers but other classes got some new additions to their ranks.

It'd make the next update less boring if we really are just getting new races.... which would most likely mean just super and sport cars.

If Rockstar spends months working on a DLC, why not LC?

Why not any of the two missing parts of San Andreas? I don't understand the hard on for a Liberty City expansion to V when we don't even have the whole San Andreas map.

 

The assets for Liberty City already exist and would mainly just need touchups and conversion. Modelling two new cities from scratch is a large portion of the work involved to produce GTA6, way too much work for just a free expansion for 5.

 

I don't think we'll see LC either though, it's such an immense difference in scale to any other expansion released thus far. The biggest expansions have still only been a few interiors and some vehicles for the most part, stepping up from that to an entire second map is unrealistic to expect.

They've had some really good event weeks the last few weeks, and now we have. . . double money stunt races and a few Supers/Sports on sale. I feel like we'll get double money I/E before the next update drops, so I don't think we'll see a new update until at least the 20th.

Man I love stunt racing, but it always turns into a clusterf*ck at the beginning and I just dont know how to avoid it. I always finish in 3rd and 4th, because of the sh*tshow at the beginning.
