It was on Thursday December 7th. I forgot what time it dropped (I was at the beach at the time it dropped).

 

Expect it to drop between 10am and 1pm ET tomorrow.

I hope they do more of that in the next update, do it the way DICE does those things, if you really don't put an effort into the clues and all that you don't get the reward...

The hunt for that bow was rewarding in the end but it was such a pain in the ass. The only cool part about it was getting into the elevator and finally picking it up.

I wonder if it's three or four more weeks of events releasing one of the Christmas / otherwise limited liveries for vehicles which never had the chance to have them applied and then an update releasing on the 3rd of April.

 

I hope it's not, because that could really suck, but I'm kinda wondering why they haven't done anything with the remaining ones.

So the trailer and the first infos get released around the time usually actual updates get released that`s 11:30 AM CET timezone. Okay that`s in around 8 hours then. Gonna play some forza or resident evil then.

The absolute earliest it will drop is 12 and half hours from now.

Hipster dropped at the same time as every other update. 5-6 am EST. The only update that was different was Heists. It dropped at midnight R* North timezone.

I'm going into this update with zero hype, but I'm sure they'll still find a way to disappoint me.

No new hair styles, no new clothing, no weapons (Mk.II ones don't count)...there's tons of cool weapons they could add to online, vintage ones.

They just added a new vintage weapon and even a tiny lil mission associated with it too.But there are so many more lol, the cattleman's revolver from rdr, the lever action rifle and so on.

But on topic I think we may get some news next week mbe.

Yes a couple of updates fell on days other than Tuesday, they were still at 5-6 am EST however.

As far as I know, nothing has been revealed. I believe the QA beta update was meant to give us some info, but as I understand it, it hasn't been updated?

Qabeta doesn't give us any information. It is just an indication that Rockstar are testing the update. It has been updated several times over the past week.

Hoping it at least has some good patches. Buffed bombs. Massive bombs. Also get rid of insurance. Get rid of some of these sh*tty glitches too.

If the update is just a sh*tty filler DLC with stunt races maybe the patch notes can save it. I do not want to pay for meme deluxos anymore. But we all know c* is not gonna disable meme vehicle insurance 'cause that's how they make their scam card money

I think we'll almost certainly get the update on the 13th after the current sales and bonuses expire.

 

For this thread's sake, I hope we get a trailer tomorrow or Friday, lol.

They would remove vehicle insurance if a money glitch involved it. I remember when rockstar disabled the creator for 2 weeks because of a glitch that involved it. Or that time "at the races" was broken and players were betting for once, and you would win $200k-$300k when you won the race because everyone would "lag out". Than rockstar over-reacted and reduced betting from $10,000 down to $1000. That glitch was over a year ago and betting is still $1000 to this day, just like the replay button for contact missions.

As long as it's got cars that aren't supers (won't happen because they bring in the most money from Shark Cards) and hopefully some new muscle cars or even classics or retro cars, I'd be happy. Suspense is killing me.

This. After a 3-4 fiscal quarter combo of breaking records someone's head will spin if the updates breaks it. The best hope for a update that will not release a vehicle intended to sell them shart cards will be paired alongside A) another games release (RD2) or B) an update for another game that will have something to sell them shark cards like a winged unicorn that farts rainbows of death in RDO
