I was telling my friend the other day that I could definitely see an oil platform being added as the base of operations for any Naval dlc. Helipad, sleeping quarters, docking, ect. Would make sense

Oil platform - sounds more like a mission objective then our base of operations. "Attack merryweathers oil rig and retrieve our target in one piece" kind of thing.

Oil rigs are so... Metal Gear Solid.

For our online protagonist I'd rather see something like this as our base:

|

- enough space for a helipad
- a small airfield (so we can call our personal aircrafts and pegasus)
- dock for boats customization
- luxury mansion with pool table and golf
- pet tiger
- AA defence systems just like on yachts
- new set of CEO missions kinda like Piracy Prevention

- Island mansion or beach houses as new properties
- ship / sub / aircraft carrier / hovercraft as out base of operations and/or MOC

the kuruma you mentioned should go to benny and become a propper tuner (coupe)because now it has almost no customization.

 

 

I agree that it should go to Benny's but it shouldn't become a coupe IMO. The evo X is a 4-door, and there's no coupe version available. IMO it'd be best if R* also added a Kuruma Classic as an older Evo (perhaps one of the 90's rally ones) along with adding the Kuruma to Benny's.

With all the talk about new Benny's vehicles I feel I should inform everyone that there will never be another Benny's vehicle again. The dupe glitch is why.

then they should get their asses to work and fix that,or open up a new tuner shop calles wheel arch angels.The dupe glitches are there anyway and just make it so no vehicle will have higher value than the Elegy Retro and it wouldn't be a problem that is not there now

With all the talk about new Benny's vehicles I feel I should inform everyone that there will never be another Benny's vehicle again. The dupe glitch is why.

Please stop talking out of your ass. First, there is no dupe glitch - there are dozens, one or two new ones a week usually. And second, introducing more Benny's cars wouldn't change a thing because dupers mostly dupe the same car over and over anyway. If they release new ones with lower mod values than the Elegy Retro Custom, no one will bother duping them anyway.

 

first, I am not talking out my ass. second, read your words "there is no dupe glitch - there are dozens", the second part of that sentence implies that there is indeed a dupe glitch, making the first part invalid. but I digress, there are not dozens of dupe glitches, there is one, it is the same method for each of the cars, in other words you can use the same dupe glitch on more than one vehicle. third, of course people still dupe the elegy, it is the only one worth it, and R* can not fix the glitch without removing the vehicles affected themselves. fourth, they won't add another Benny's car even if the value is less than the elegy because why even give a glitcher the possibility to do it again. fifth, with all the new cars with Benny's level of customization in LS Customs there is no need to add another Benny's vehicle.Yes there's several different dupe glitches, you really don't know what you're talking about here.

Make two people happy, but they'd have to find each others to pvp out at sea in their crappy boats.

Can we pin this? There's far too much hype over a nautical DLC as if it would make a difference in freeroam.

The only great way to have that type of update is to bring in warships,destroyers, and battleships going full battlefield mode on the people. Oh yeah and a system (forgot what its called) to launch a rocket from the ship on to someone just like a orbital cannon.

Like the idea with small floating private islands though. More than oil platforms or submarines.

People don't need to do dupe glitches when players find director mode glitches tha freeze your money and let you buy stuff for "free"

Even if we don't havebenny's car anymore, they could still make some option for interior available for LSC (My 190Z would die for a proper carbon interior to match my street racing spec..

And.. please.. add the wheels to all car (not that they're all wonderfull.. most of them are ugly AF, but some of them will perfectly go on some classic or muscle/retro/vintage car/hotrod (hello Hermes, Hustler, Coquette blackfin, etc. :') )

R*s solution for dupes will be just removing the ability to sell vehicles. Or they will change that 40% to 10% so its not worth it.

They kinda already did that with I/E and DDH vehicles.

Yeah the main reason the elegy dupe is so popular and easy is because the standard version is free. There is no loss of money at all in that process. The only annoying thing is that you may have a full garage of standard elegy's.

 

That's the reason why the sultan and banshee aren't being duped. You gotta pay for Them first.

I'd kill to see the return of the San Andreas Infernus... and the San Andreas ZR-350, Sultan, Club and Flash for that matter. Man that game actually had the best car collection of all GTA games so far IMO. Can you imagine having the cars from San Andreas with the visuals/graphics, engine sounds and customization from GTA V? And maybe have a new physics engine allowing for drifting?

Not entirely the only reason, it's because the Elegy have the most expensive upgrades and therefore sells for the most. You can find sultans for free on the street and if not it's only $10k or something to buy it. The sultan and the donk was the preferred vehicles to dupe before the Elegy Retro and fully upgraded the difference is only $100-150k probably vehicle in sell price
