How about an announcement for GTA IV anniversary remaster today? Nearly every time we try and predict whats going to happen the opposite does.

I think the usual December update will be the first DLC for RDRO.

If you think that R* is going to favor RDR over GTA that month, you're clearly mistaken.

GTA is their biggest cash cow. They've been releasing big updates for the past 3 Decembers in a row for it, and they won't stop until they announce GTA VI.

 

 

 

Said this before, but I could care less what the next theme is as long as the cars are good again.

As long as they don't dripfeed boring sh*t like planes, helis or boats without any special features, I don't care what we get either.

 

Only cars should be dripfed, nothing else

 

Smugglers Run dripfeed felt like an eternity since the only worthwhile stuff was near the butt end of it.

I would say that the only substantial difference between cars and unarmed planes in terms of entertainment would be a metter of personal preference, and it would be a bit extreme to objectively define it as "boring sh*t". If I may ask, why do you believe that cars are the only vehicles that should be added as dripfeed content?

 

You don't think getting 7 planes in a row is boring?

They had the most interesting stuff like the Nokota, Vigilante, and Hunter at the absolute end.

 

Some of those planes weren't even weaponized! Or were pure sh*t in the Bombuskov's case

 

Cars meanwhile there is something for every one, especially in Doomsday's case.

Most players don't care for aircraft. And it shows. Release them all at the start then dripfeed cars to fill the gap between DLCs

if RDR II is launching in October that means online will probably launch in December or January and why wouldnt they support their brand new AAA Tilte as the top priority???.....GTA online makes money in its sleep at this point...RDR II Is a sister game not a rival of Grand theft Auto which means more money for Rockstar/Take-Two.....

however....R* could be having issues with both Sony and Microsoft with the next DLC as well....making me believe that we may not be getting one this march

ofcourse they are already working on the next dlc. these things don't get made in just a few days. that's not a theory but common sense.

the indication is that the qabeta hasn't been updated yet...and they need approval of Microsoft and Sony to allow it to happen...until that happens qabeta won't be updated

I don`t really care what dlc we get next im ready for it grinded like crazy and have 115m now. We probably gonna have to wait til next thursday or friday for the announcment anyway i really don`t believe they gonna do that today or tomorrow.

 

I wouldn`t mind getting another import/export and heist double event on tuesday for the last week before the dlc. And maybe contact missions too. Then we really had it all in the last few weeks.

I'm strongly positive its Special Vehicle related along with a load of new props for the Creator. Seems like an obvious step.

tbh i don't know if an extension to special vehicle races is enough to get it's own update.

 

i know that march is smaller but still.

 

besides it would be the 3 version of CS already,if they want to do something race related they should make something brand new.

 

propper street races haven't been realy been done yet. maybe they should start doing something about that first. or atleast upgrade and improve the normal races so they get played again.

Following up Doomsday with Special Vehicles 2 as the main theme is very unlikely, IMO. If they do that most people will just buy the new cars we get and then move on to playing other games until the spring/summer update comes out.

Worry not...

 

There will be an update coming this month. When it comes is the only question. My money is still on March 13th.

this,military and business stuff should get a break for now.

 

let us have something else,either more pve stuff or if they realy want to give us something pvp/race related,then just make a tuner&muscle update without wacky tubes and wallrides.

My main point though is updating the Creator itself, throwing in Special Vehicle races for compatible DDH vehicles. The Creator is in need of fixes as well as content, particularly the Doomsday Heist vehicles none of which are available (excluding dripfed vehicles).

 

It won't be huge, but enough to keep people entertained.

Usually between 10am-12pm EST. It could come after that though.

 

I wouldn't count on a trailer dropping today. My guess is they do an announcement/trailer next week on either Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. However, Rockstar is extremely unpredictable as we all know.

i don't know about that. even for march that would still be lacking.

 

besides creator updates happen a few weeks after an update has dropped as PART of that same update,it isn't realy it's own update as we see it.

 

it's more like a special kind of dripfeed.

Kinda'. A similar step like the Last Team Standing update. Gave us a weapon, a vehicle, a few outfits and a new Game Mode.

 

If we do somehow get a new Game Mode (and its good), that will keep players around for a bit.

 

Anyway thats just my speculation. For all we know we'll be navigating a US Navy vessel down the drain or dancing in nightclubs anyones guess!
