And the last, I might be going a little too much into petty details here, but he says "Interior" without an S. There's multiple interiors for the Hangar, letalone lights and colours. But again, that's just me going a little too much into a meaningless detail.

 

 

Well, we have not heard about the Gunrunning Update before May 25th.. but I can be wrong since I don't remember the rumors floating at that time.

It is well-known that Rockstar takes a lot of inspiration for its DLCs from here

I gotta say, he seems legit. It's funny, the way he interacts with the community sounds very much like some other game devs I know. Always with the overly positive comments responding to people. Not that that is any proof, just sayin.

 

I could go into detail and screenshot everything that makes him seem legit to me, but whatevs. Just know I am cautiously watching him.

it is actually just 1 Hangar interior, the lamps are just props that are only loaded when you bought the specific lamp, and the ground decoration is just a texture.

I mean, the Dominator Classic would be a long-overdue addition to the game - and considering we just had the Comet Safari, the Dominator Sturgis sounds like another off-road/rally variant (because Sturgis Mustang Rally, I imagine), so...

...no - nononononononono. Not getting distracted by 'eh, doesn't sound bad' stuff - not when it's not going to make up for the many, many imbalances and glaring omissions in this game's content.

Between long and short-tail version I will prefer long-tailed. But I actually doubt we need these beautiful machines for idiotic stunt racing, that's blasphemy in my opinion.

Here's a though:

I'm imagining that March will have the usual mini-filler-recycled thing, with the big stuff coming by Summer. Thing is, I also reckon that unlike this year, R* will want all hands on deck for RDR2, and probably reassign people from across all studios to chip in.

 

That's going to mean fewer people around to work on March filler - so probably rules out a thing like the vehicles with Special Vehicle Circuit, where the likes of the Infernus Classic felt almost like a preview of similar vehicles with things like Gunrunning. Instead, I'm imaging more like Lowriders: Custom Classics, where R* cut some of the Lowriders content out, held it back, and released it later (even though we knew about both Lowriders updates' vehicles in the same leak).

 

So, assuming that to be true, what if R* did a bunch more wishlist/Hipster 2/variant vehicles like the current drip-feed ones, but held them back with an eye to releasing them in March (rather than having to create new stuff when they're supposed to be getting RDR2 out the door) - ? That'd explain why the vehicles sound like more of what we're currently getting, and also why the list includes stuff like the Merit, which is presumably just the GTA IV version (and thus ready-made recycled content - look at how Special Vehicle Circuit made use of the Duke O'Death).


Throw in another variation of stunt/transform races, maybe to include recent additions like the Deluxo/Stromburg, and ...yeah, that sounds like a decent, not-unrealistic early-2018 update, IMO.

He does seem to talk like a Rockstar employee indeed.

What I am sure about though, is that he isn't part of Rockstar North, Rockstar Lincoln or Rockstar Leeds.

 

I think he works either at Rockstar San Diego, Rockstar New York, Rockstar Toronto or Rockstar New England.

 

Judging by the amount of drinking he does on weekends I would probably guess it is Rockstar San Diego.

I imagine the liveries will be free and temporary, like the masks and horns etc, rather than around forever like the MOC and guns from July 4th. But that's a guess.

If that guy is legit & we are getting a new Pfister, I don't think it'll be a 911 given R*'s newly established pattern when it comes to 911s. Comet, Comet Retro (ugh), Comet Safari & soon Comet SR.
