Restrictions... better be time limited like once a real life day and be expensive as f*ck. If it's just money, then people with modded account will spam the thing. Then mod menus will remove all restrictions for the user and it will get chained spammed.

It would be nonsensical to let people spam it. And it probably doesn't fire instantaneously, and maybe they'll even limit it to a certain range. Looks fun though

Ah well. I'd say the Lazer/Hydra's still the biggest concerns, IF this cannon has a cooldown (it's got to.. almost all the services and abilities do)

I can already See how troublesome it'll be to download that update from the Rockstar servers on PC... Sigh.

All those years playing on the PC, I've never had a problem downloading update, lol.

Steam or retail?

Because with Import/Export and some other updates I can't quite recall the Download was always aborted Halfway through for about 3 hours after release of the DLC because of too many demands.

 

I remember I had issues with earlier DLC, where I had to download them externally. (Retail version here)

Same here, I think on Steam it's different.

Steam typically updates around 6-ish EST... Has done it for the last few updates...

 

 

I understood, I never had problems on Steam to update my game, I hope it is not now.

It was already to have released the content on Steam, I do not know why not yet released, everyone is talking about missing 23 minutes, let's wait and see.

Life is life, and yet, you're on here sending someone personal insults on an internet forum about videogames. I don't follow this forum too well, but I've only ever seen Diana being the one attacked on here. And it's pretty sh*tty how that behavior is allowed on these forums.
