Why would they give Frank Ocean of all people early access to the update? He wasn't involved in any way with the game or promoting it

I don't know why they'd give Frank early access to the update, maybe just for hype reasons.

I think the simple fact you can see the part where the wings come off on the black "bar" at the bottom sells it. The Deluxo has wings, and Frank Ocean's screen has the wing compartment there, just raise the brightness if needed. I think this is real.

There's no surprise in this btw, Rockstar can very well let Frank Ocean advertise his new addition to the game - Rockstar has very good relations with artists. As I said, the car has the wing compartment on the bottom and no mod has the Imponte logo on the front center, not that I have researched, so this is very likely real, and the picture was likely taken as a promo for Rockstar.

 

Would be even better if they added stuff to existing stations... But that's dreaming too high.

Everyone's been talking about what this update will bring, but I believe no one has talked about how much the payout will be for the setups and finales. Rockstar being way too generous by giving us PvE, I speculate the payout will be less than the Pacific Standard Heist but more than Humane Labs in order to discourage grinding.

Nobody cares because it is assumed it won't be much, we have come to expect little payout.

 

Exactly think smugglers run payouts. R* is making you buy shark cards and grind, less payout=more shark card sales.

Heists was about 3 GB if I'm not mistaken, maybe this one will be similar. I'll be guessing between 2 and 5 GB.
