But I think at this point it's all but confirmed there's only going to be one type of Deluxo.

So I'm wondering wit hthe whole 2-4 people on heists. Would this mean the total take/Pay would be the same if you played the heist finale with 2 people like with 4?

I know their wording is vague and they said "2-4 people", but I think it will be like the normal heists. There will be heists only for two people, and heists only for 4 people.

Well as far as I know they are back in production so you can get one yourself for the price of $35000(if I remember correctly) and with the option to put the BTTF accessories aswell.

Suposedly they are even working on a new modern model.
