If the Lazer is released tomorrow, Im curious to see if well still only get two stars for stealing a Zancudo one.

 

I could easily see R reverting back to the 4*/Lazer shooting you down we had before SR

 

 

It's going to be so weird never having to steal a Lazer ever again after tomorrow.

sure, but not nearly as much as we used to, and he was specifically talking about the end of an era for him, he will no longer have to steal a lazer and that is going to affect him personally, hence end of an age

 

 

I don't see your point? I was just saying some people may not be buying the lazer... I didn't say it isn't an end of an era for him, just saying some people will still carry on as normal.

Why does it matter if it's a new vehicle or not? It's a new vehicle to buy even if it's been in the game from the start, they could still release both tomorrow even if the Lazer was a new vehicle

 

The Western Daemon was released at the same time as the BF Raptor and the Daemon wasn't a new vehicle, it was just finally available for purchase. I could see them doing the same with the Lazer and Creator.

Dude thank you! I've been trying to remember its name for a while now lol.

 

Anyway, the Daemon released with Bikers is actually a new model, not the one available from the beginning (like the Bagger) . Its nearly identical to the original one though (it doesn't have the Lost insignia on the seat).

 

The new one have a lot of mods, the original doesn't. R* couldn't add the parts to the original one, So they had to create another model.

 

 

Same story with the Faggio mod.

To be fair, that Daemon is indeed a "new" vehicle, you can't apply the same mods to the street one as you can do to the one you bought from the store, that's not the case with the lazer, with that being said, I sure hope we get both of them tomorrow, I think the last 16 races that we got were a hint, just like how we got 16 stunt races right before we got the special vehicle stunt races creator.

Whether we get the Lazer tomorrow or not is debatable but the next update is 99.999% coming out no later than December 12th so I'm not too flustered.

rockstar adds what sells,and tbh boats don't have much appeal to the general players at all.

 

hence why we don't realy get those anymore.

Quite lame to stall the dripfeed even further, though I have the best bit of DLC there'll ever be in the game (Hunter) so I'm not really bothered when the next DLC comes out anyway.

 

Next DLC could well bring more goofy vehicles anyway, so I'm not sure I'm all that keen on it even coming out to be honest lol. I'm just savouring the game while it's in a more balanced state and we have a helicopter that's not such an easy target. Do think Quinn should get boots with jeans though, and insurance/the usual suggestions going would be great.

There's a fine line between building anticipation and boring the sh*t out of people. Imo R* have not only crossed that line, they've tested just how far past the f*cking line they can possibly get.

Idk I believe they will add the Lazer tomorrow. I can't see them doing a week without a vehicle.

I'd say a combination of things. They do some research (watch movies. Play other games, Check out what's new in the auto industry, Scout the forums, ...etc) to come up with concepts for dlcs, then they use focus groups to see how people would react to the concepts they came up with before they invest time & money developing said dlc.
