Just thinking the submarine might be the property on maze bank forclosure like the bunkers, its not a physical building and it would be kinda easy to add and we could keep our Yachts. Just thinking outside the box

I really hope that the rank requirement for these new heists is at least 100, but taking in consideration, that they completely dropped rank requirements already for the past 5 updates we have to look forward to play these high skill missions with a bunch of kids who got this game for christmas and don't even know how to change the radio station...
