Im gunna take a guess and say no info till we get the dlc on Tuesday. Either that or info on Friday? Thursday? Dunno.

Im not even fully expecting the dlc next tuesday anymore tbh. With SR and GR it was exactly 27 or 28 days from qabeta until release. 28 days from the start of the current qabeta start puts us exactly at Dec 19th. Im hoping thats not the case, but im not holding my breath, especially with not even an announcement from R* 6 days out from the biggest update of the year. Plus last year we only got 4 normal vehicles, and 8 weaponized with the rest dripfed.

I see absolutely zero Urus in the Rocotto.

Same. But honestly the Urus is an overpriced Cayenne. A Jeep SRT8 or Range Rover could probably be a better alternative than that.

Seeing how long it took for the Hunter, I'd say it will happen in 2021 if we're lucky.2021? Would still give players 3 or 4 years to enjoy before GTA 6

I want a navel dlc because i'd like more reason to go out onto the waves. The land is overly saturated. If we had a map expansion then...

 

Seriously, though. We'll never get a map expansion, but a naval/seafaring DLC would be the next best thing. It give players a "new" area to explore, and an actual incentive to venture out into said area.

Speaking of Naval update, for those aren't too keen on a Sea Update, would you be okay with it if it introduced an Aircraft Carrier?

I say this because I know a lot of people asked for it before Gunrunning

Speaking of Naval update, for those aren't too keen on a Sea Update, would you be okay with it if it introduced the Aircraft Carrier?

i'm thinking that we won't be getting a full themed naval update BUT that the armed vehicles will be naval themed with the rest of the update (the majority) being typical december themed.

 

even rockstar has to know that naval stuff just doesn't have that mass appeal.

Hao is definately a strong candidate for the main contact for a Tuners update. Business wise for a Tuners update, I wonder Hao that would work. I think it would focus more on just supplying players with garages and workshops the size of Chilliad as well as a load of modifications for specific vehicles with a custom varients rather than have us constantly taking care of businesses.

If it was naval based, we have to think of something completely ridiculous they'll throw at us.

 

Like... a Hunter Custom which you can detach the rotor blades in order to turn it into a high speed submarine and you can at any time shoot out of the water and activate heli mode again.

Exactly I mean we would get more the just super cars, We would get a tsunami of new cars from all car categories. I mean we did sort of get some Fast and Furious style cars like the Ramp buggy, Wastelander and others but we could get way more.

I just had a terrible, horrible thought. What if it IS a Naval DLC? And there really are gunboats and some sort of water-based crate retrieval business? And the only way to partake in it is to buy a module for your yacht (much like the MOC) that would turn it into a "battle yacht" or whatever. The thing already has a defense system... What if the Black Friday sale, with the $2M yacht, was R*'s way of attempting to mitigate the inevitable uproar for what would be one of the game's nastiest paywalls to date; a yacht (in order for the Naval Base module required to actually take part in the DLC)? o.O

i'm just gonna stay optimistic and say that the yacht discounts etc are just ways to drain our cash nothing more

 

or because yachts will soon be a poor mans thing because mansions are coming
