I'm pretty sure this same kind of sh*t gets said every time a new update is about to drop...

 

Compared to some of the bullsh*t this year with Forza 7, BF2 and Shadow of whatever it's called, GTAO's shark cards don't come close to being as wack.

Comparing shark cards to loot boxes is a big stretch imo, and I doubt ZeDick is concerned about any backlash from the lootbox controversy. That being said microtransactions, and corporate greed, are the reasons i switched to dupes for income, solo public lobbies for anything business related, and normal lobbies purely for interacting with other players. I get all content day one without grinding, and noone can mess with my businesses. I have been set free to play content for fun, instead of grinding efficiency, and can still enjoy all the content w/o sharks even being an issue. I Won Gtao. Its kinda sad it came to this, but at this point unless gtao has a major shift back to its roots, im merely biding my time until "The Crew 2" and L Benz's "Everywhere" get released, and The Crew 2 is coming in Feb iirc. I only fully support games with paid dlc models.

Weaponised vehicles = MOC-upgrade-able, definitely. All the Gunrunning weaponised things needed to be upgraded there, as does the Vigilante (which I'm taking as an example of a drip-fed weaponised thing with a later update - and hopefully an example of how they'll be added to INAH 2).

The other big clue might well be the Retinue and Rapid GT Classic - apparently the last things added when Smuggler's Run was being developed, and very much in the same ballpark as the original INAH vehicles. In other words, odds are we're getting more niche/retro things this time around.

Assume much lol? I grinded over 600 million before i touched a dupe. Im a day one player with over 8300 hrs logged in. I just got tired of grinding my life away, instead of enjoying my game time. So yeah, like I said, I Finally Won Gtao. You can be a good sheep n grind till your fingers bleed, or buy a shark. Personally I play games on my terms, and I buy what I want, when I want.

If thats the case im gonna be thoroughly satisfied with inah2. My only issue with those cars are the pizza cutters on the Rapid, and the radioactive glow in the dark seatbelts of the Retinue. But that also kinda kills any chance of a Dom classic coming in inah2 tho

I hope ur right, but i fear ur not. Oh well hopefully in 2 weeks foxy will be posting the next years worth of dripfeed, and the Dom Classic is in it. On a side note i try not to think about tires ever since i realized they use the same tread pattern for both sides of the car and one side is always reversed, but the rapid tires shrinking with custom rims killed my white lettered look i originally wanted, not to mention my restomod version.

I never thought about those houses, maybe they could be nice and big but kinda sh*tty houses that you slowly "renovate" (purchase new rooms that are rebuilt) the building till its just likw new. That would be a pretty nice way to introduce town houses or small mansions/villas.

Going back to what someone else said I do like the idea of buying a foreclosed place and making it a diner/cafe that makes money in the background like in SP. We could be able to customize it and hang out in it with friends. It would be one of the most legal things to do in Online.

 

I also always wonder why we can't buy these beautiful neighborhood houses in Mirror Park. I would drop everything to live in this area. Vinewood kinda sucks and is old to me rn. I think the houses could be based of Michaels and Franklins respective houses. Anyways if this was the basis for INAH 2 I would probably go back to playing this game a lot more

 

EDIT: Also does anyone remember they added GTA Universe Soccer Team jerseys in Smuggler's Run. I don't get what any of that had in common with the theme but I'd love to see more GTA sports team stuff added. How about the GTA basketball team jerseys? I know I enjoy my Red Mist XI shirt. Slowly but surely we're getting sports apparel so maybe we'll see a small sports dlc where we can play B Ball like in San Andreas.

Bit like something I was thinking about with a friend a while back: Sammy's Bar in Mafia III.

 

In Mafia III, Sammy runs a local nightspot (food, drink, music, etc.), which also serves as a front for Sammy's gang - who in turn have to pay a percentage to Mafia Don Sal Marcano. In one of the DLC expansions, you get to renovate the bar, do some side missions including hiring staff, fending off thugs, and so on.

 

Imagine being able to set up, customise and run our own 'legal' business, but with a back room for the not-so-legal side work - and having to make sure that the operation makes enough money to pay a regular cut to Madrazo or someone else. That'd be a fun way of doing something that's not just another black market steal/sell business, but still have some kind of criminal angle to keep it relevant to GTA.
