Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 4)

So, if the new properties aren't mansions, what do you guys think it could be ? i don't think nightclubs have anything to do with hipsters.

 

They also mentioned new weaponised vehicles, actually we have 3 kinds: special vehicles, vehicles that can be moddded in the MOC, vehicles that can be modded in the hangar. Which type will it be ?

I think it will be more MOC vehicles personally. They are done with "special" vehicles and I think they blew their entire load of aircraft with this update. I bet the next update has zero aircraft.

Yep, I see them. Best bunch of cars we have ever gotten. Still own and drive most of them daily.

Please do not speak like what you say is 'fact', when you say things like; "best bunch of cars we've ever gotten". As that is your opinion. When, in actual fact, that feeling is not majority mutual.

If you guys like those sh*tty cars that no one actually drives in online, they can add them as drip feed in a real DLC like finance and felony or bikers

I'm sure it will be way more interesting because I expect many more cars that are just like the Hipster 1 cars.

Well, that interest is subjective and does not prove that the theme will be successful or even will be liked by the majority.

Mansions aren't coming with Hipsters 2.I usually agree and have no qualms with anything you post Mach, but here, you've shown some slight arrogance and a bit of condescension, because someone chose to dislike something you like...

I'd like to take a moment to point out and laugh at how few votes PvP has.

 

R* should really take some notes and f*ck off with the Crapversary sh*t already.

they should f*ck off with making everything free roam based tbh.

Ya know it is funny, back in '13-'14, that is one of the big things people asked for. People wanted more to do in freeroam. A lot of hate went around for waiting in lobbies for other players to join stuff.Yes people wanted more stuff in freemode, stuff that did not involve blowing each other up, since this was perfectly possible already. But Rockstar being Rockstar went full on PvP with the bussineses restricting them to public only. Thats for the most part the total oposite of what people wanted.

Also everything reaches a point where it is just enough and people want something new. I mean we have 5 bussineses, technicly only 3 since gunrunning is basicly a reskin of bikers and smugglers run a version of ceo crates. They all run the same way: Go there, kill npcs, pick something up, get it to your warehouse while defending yourself against attackers, sell stuff at a later point.

Stuff like the biker contracts was great. Fun little freemode mission, however sadly partially ruined by rockstar making them PvP.

 

So yeah, there was hardly anything new to do in this year, not surprising that people want something new to do.

I remember Rockstar mentioning how making missions a go from point A to B thing and pick something up or kill people was meant to be like that on purpose in an effort to imitate the mundane-ness of a real life job lol

 

I don't think they'll change that structure anytime soon but they'll definitely create ways to make it more and more entertaining.

Maybe they let us combine the customs bay and the vehicle storage. I dont need the comand center or the living quaters so I would be really happy to make my truck a rolling customshop with additional garage.

I mean we got new space around every christmas update for the last years so it seems plausible to me that they'll add more.

We're getting a minimum of two weaponized vehicles.

 

"Plus, look out for more to come to GTA Online later this year, including new Weaponized Vehicles and inventory updates at Legendary Motorsport, new properties coming on the market via Maze Bank Foreclosures and more…"

 

So yeah, no matter what the next update is, we're getting more of that crap again.

I just figure since we already have a flying bike that shoots rockets and so many other crazy stuff in the game, I wouldnt mind a flying car. But I agree with you actually. Unfortunately we are way past that point now I guess
