Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 4)

Would be nice to see some out of the ordinary choices for whatever it is that's coming to MB Foreclosures. Maybe something in the canal area or on the GOH, preferably a beech house but going by the newswire it'll probably be something business related... hey, what about the surf shop?

 

So, is a Dominator Classic kind of a given at this point, or do you really think they'd skip it yet again? Sure hope to see both it and the Uranus, maybe their use the hipster motif to squeeze in some more tuners??

Im not sure the Dominator Classic is a given necessarily. I do think theres a really good chance we could get it in this upcoming update though.

 

It will no doubt be a drip feed car if it is added. Thats just how Rockstar rolls.

 

There is actually almost nothing pointing at a Dominator Classic being added. Except-

 

They added the Rapid GT Classic. How does that make a Dominator Classic more probable? Well because they have a history of releasing vehicles that are "almost" or "as close as we are gonna get" to highly desired vehicles. Only to release a proper version later on for even more money. This makes players buy two vehicles because they thought the first one would be as good as it gets.

 

This is what I hope they plan on doing. Get players to buy the Rapid GT Classic with the mindset of "this is as close as it gets", then release the real deal in the next update.

 

(example of when they have done this before- Reaper and Tempesta or Infernus Classic and Torero)

 

Yeah that makes sense. I do think we get one eventually whether its in December or next year. Rockstar knows how many people want it. Its by far the most requested car that we havent yet received. I guess time will tell.

Idk if they will add any more vehicles like that. But if they do add any more air vehicles in future updates theres a few Id really like.

This. Idk how many of you noticed, but all the Halloween content stayed like I predicted it would. I think the Festive content, and the V-Day content next year will also be permanently available.

Very good point, Mach (although personally I will always prefer the Diablo over the Countach). Who knows, if they added the Cyclone which partially looks like a Koenigsegg Agera, then maybe they'll give us an Overflod that looks like the Regera.

They removed them. I was able to purchase them a few days ago (never bought any of the vehicles), but the Halloween stuff were gone today. My brother couldn't get them either.

That will never happen on console. They add it a few times around the holidays and New Years every year as a special treat for the players. If they let you access snow year round it wouldnt be as special when they add it during the holidays.

Yes I literally just had a friend check to see if the Sanctus was still available for purchase (he never bought one) and he said it isn't there anymore. I know for a fact it was there after the Halloween event ended, I guess they just forgot to disable the content until later.

Is that why I have the halloween weather glitched into singleplayer on ps4 in a quicksave? Wouldn't be "special" lol Snow only happens a few days out of the entire year. I love the snow weather with vehicle physics that are fun for a change in game. If snow were an option in gta iv we would be able to set it snow like the other weather in game.

And turismo classic/cheetah classic. 2017 is the year of the classic lol. Tbf though i personally prefer the Reaper and Inf Classic, but the majority prob would disagree. I def love the cheetah over the turismo by a small margin though.

And the exact car from I is now called Infernus classic instead of Counthash.

 

A lot of names got mixed up in the process, it doesn't really matter as long as they get here.

Having it ingame is more important than what it's named. A rose by any other name, etc etc. I don't care if a car is called Jeff Macaroni, if it's fun to drive or looks nice I'll drive it.
