Oh, ok. That's because I've been posting stuff in this thread and since yesterday none interacted. At first I thought I was saying dumb sh*t and people ignored it, but then I made the question in the last page about the qabeta and none answered again, so I started finding it wierd.

 

As I unfortunately have 0 idea how the forums work technical-wise, I just wanted to be sure I didn't get ''muted'' in this thread in some way (I don't even know if it's possible).

 

Anyway, that's good.

I speculate that the new dlc is probably going to suck....when they put more weaponized vehicles are coming so it's going to blow just like the last two.

 

More fugly pastel colored crap outfits no vintage cars, just more pvp themed crap.

But what will it be?

Only the next 2 options are possible:

A. The last plane, and maybe the Transform Race creator.
B. A new update (we need to download) with whole new content.

If it will be A., wich plane? And will the Creator be there?
And IF it will be B., what will it be?

-The aircraft carrier (smugglers run would have been the perfect update to include it as a property but who knows what R*s plans are)

I can't really blame them for taking much time, it's gonna be hard to find 5000+ crew members required to man a Nimitz-class supercarrier like the one in the Heist for each player who buys one.

On a more serious note, 32 identical supercarriers surrounding Los Santos kind of break the immersion of the game (yes, more than 32 VTOL jet-fighters), but I would love if they added it as a military NPCs spawn point, kind of like Fort Zancudo.

in the worst case Rockstar will extend the drip-feed.

The Plane for next tuesday, and after 2 weeks the Creator mode.

I have a reason for this: Rockstar sad the Creator Mode will come "Later this Fall" (in October).

That will say: "Until the 20th of December".Christmas Update will be between 10 and 18th of December.

For those people talking about the qabeta wouldn't that mostly apply with updates that contain new buisness models? What if for this update they just add in a sh*t ton of new cars and clothes, no buisness model, and maybe foreclosed mansions. I would imagine that would take a lot less testing than an update with a whole new buisness added to it.

Personally, I would prefer if it came as a weaponless H1-styled vehicle, which can then be "upgraded" in a MOC to get a turret added. I would keep both versions.

I was just thinking how ironic it is that were trying to figure out when the update will drop, when all the best stuff will be dripfed in february/march regardless. Also a lil funfact that the greatest dlc leaker, R*fa**ot, got everything perfect, except he said all the I/E content was coming day one lol. dripfeed killed all dlc hype, especially with each update it gets looonnngggeeerrrr, and all the best stuff gets pushed to the end. Actually was suprised when rapid gt classic dropped near the beginning of the current drip. Plus this tuesday could easily be the transform race creator and no Hunter. I hope it comes, but I never put any hope anymore in R* doing the right thing in regards to its fanbase. Another funfact is the reason for drips is because the T2 investors wanted the revenue from microtransactions to be more spread out/consistent, instead of hitting in big clumps like it used to. Just another way R* has sold its soul to strauss zelnick the devil.

Well you missunderstood me. I'd keep the weaponized vehicles as PVs, mostly because it would screw up my freemode garage if they would become a seperate instance. I aimed more towards a garage that could house very pegasus ground vehicle (similar to the hangar that holds pegasus aircraft) but that could also house regular PVs. The Pegasus vehicles would only be able to be parked in this garage but you could fill up empty slots with personal vehicles (imagine it like putting a PV into a empty slot in your hangar). Basicly I would be able to park my baracks next to my ruston and my liberator next to my stratum.

Now that we have the hunter, the APC, classic cars, a lot of garage space, pegasus customisation and all that nice stuff, the only remaining highly requested DLC content that we still don't have is:

 

-The aircraft carrier (smugglers run would have been the perfect update to include it as a property but who knows what R*s plans are)

-A map expansion

-Wildlife

-Mansions

 

From what i read here lately, mansions are next and since R* announced that GTA 5 DLCs will continue after RDR2 release, i dont know what we could expect from 2018 in GTA Online. Honestly, i don't even know what we could expect from the December 2017 DLC.

The later three make sense: wildlife, mansions, a map expansion, but the aircraft carrier makes zero sense and IMO will never be a thing.

 

I'm bewildered by the notion that players want to own one. It's a large scale military vessel which cannot be justified even in Los Santos. As far fetched as owning military grade aircraft and land vehicles are, the super wealthy can and do own such things in reality. So it's plausible underworld criminal organizations could buy such items, but never an entire aircraft carrier.

 

Buying a Lazer is several million, in reality fighter jets cost millions... But a carrier cost several billion, with Gta's inflation rates even if they did add a carrier, which they won't cause it's utterly insane, the price point would at least mirror a real-life counterpart of about $15 Billion but most-likely supersede reality by more than twice the cost.
