Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 4)

Do we think they will continue to reference past titles for update themes? Midnight Club or S.A. Noire could both add tons of vehicles alongside lux properties.

I'd love this, but they used licensed vehicles in thatBut it would be S.A. Noire so they could use all past GTA vehicles that are similar to L.A. Noire vehicles. Like Broadway, Hermes, Hustler, Savanna, etc.

 

Or maybe they would call it L.S. Noire idk

Aw man, that's going to be an eternity, assuming they actually skip a few more weeks to release a vehicle. I'm not an aviation guy, so I'm not as heavily affected by this drip-feed, but I think it's still kind of bullsh*t. Now I'd like to try and figure out some more on what the next update is going to be. I wonder if the update will be like those Full Auto games, with weaponized super cars.

I bought a Tula today, fitted with gas bombs - very good for missions. Mainly bought it to get a feel for bombing from a hovering platform. But also because I hear about Rockstar basing their decisions on what gets bought - I'm gonna buy everything in the update now, even the things I don't have much use for.

So now that I'm thinking about it, is this next update supposed to be a Twisted Metal/Vigilante 8/Full Auto update but with high-end luxury vehicles and the ability to purchase mansions?

Unfortunately, I highly doubt the next update in December will be "Midnight Club" The newswire mentioned New business purchase and weaponized vehicles. In my opinion, it will be a sea-based business update with weaponized watercrafts.

No, they never mentioned new businesses. They said new properties. Not businesses.

 

It won't be a Midnight Club or a sea based update.

 

Not houses but properties? Empty buildings? Bikers 2.0 lol

 

 

End of year updates-

 

Year 1- Yachts

Year 2- 20 car showrooms/60 garage slots

Year 3- ????

 

Every year they add an extremely expensive property that produces little or zero money. I expect this year to be no different.

 

I don't want to get anyone hyped based on my speculation, but I think there is a possiblity that I once thought was a pipe dream. Based on a variety of factors that I don't want to state right now, I think this upcoming update will be the most expensive ever released. With more vehicles than ever before, and one long requested item...

 

Mansions.

 

I think you need to clean your "spectacles"...

 

Import/Export was the name of the DLC that gave us the 3/20 office garage. That same DLC we got the most profitable business to date.

I didn't say there wouldn't be businesses to buy as well. I am saying I think the possiblity of large non profit properties is high, based on the last two end of year updates.

I just want American muscle cars, classic cars from the 20s, 30, 40s and 50s with clothing. That's all....

It's Rockstar way of dripfeeding that bothers me. Locking crappy useless vehicles that could of been in the update and releasing them week by week and giving us the best for last.

That's the new pattern to extend the drip-feed until it's about one or two weeks before they release a new update.

We will have everything by the first week of december and the week after they would release/announce the new update.

I like it - much more so than gunrunning, and the previous business updates. But I am a helicopter.

Opposite effect on me, it made me less eager to buy the stuff apart from Nokota, Seabreeze, and Hunter unless there's a good sale.

Oh I completely agree it shouldn't be dripfed - no vehicles or content should be. I hate dripfeeding to be honest.

 

It's just aircraft that I naturally have a hunger for.

I love mansions and willing to own a big one, but there have some questions to brother this from being true.

 

We already have houses on the Vinewood Hill, I am not saying they are as good as the concept of mansions, but they have provide good interior, 3 level of spaces, 10 park garage, a room to start the heist missions. How can those new mansions can provide much more fun than that?

 

The mansions should be a huge palace, pets and bodyguards inside, we dont have much choices in LS, as a result, the street outside playboy mansion will become a warzone.

 

Pure mansions wont be selling on Maze website, I doubt it will be something bigger than just a mansion, we may get a guest garage same with the biker club, a command centre room to start all previous business missions, have a heliport, and can upgrade all personal and weaponise vehicles.

 

As what I said, not a pure mansion, the new palaces may set at some places out of your imagination, let me guess, the Galileo Observatory, or humine lab.

I like the idea of a Rhino Custom. I'm sure Mach suggested something like that could happen - more customization of vehicles that previously couldn't be customized. It was only a vibe though.

 

Other than that, I'm not too bothered - I just want my Hunter. So, more helicopters, more clothes, etc. Wouldn't mind some sea vehicles too.

During my 1st week on GTA Online wayyy back in 2013 i would have Nightmares of being killed by the Rhino.

 

Back during the time when getting into Zancudo was near impossible, and there were 0 explosives except for the rpg which was like level 100

 

 

and the buzzard was level locked.

 

 

The Rhino had a horrific reign of terror that haunts me to this day.

the only telling sign of a tank was if their player icon/blip was the darkest Red
