My bet's on the Mogul. Which has a whopping 2 votes for interest in it.I sure hope so, it's one of the few aircrafts here that's actually supposed to be a bomber. I think that most of the hate comes from the fact that it's used in what's probably the most boring supply mission ever made.

I don't know what happened to Rockstar during that week lol.

 

Anyways, they added a 2x money and rp bonus on the Bunker Series, that's about it for this week I suppose.

Anyone else think it'd be plausible for a Benny's conversion to change the manufacturer of a vehicle? Let's say I take a Dominator to Benny's and convert it into some weird Saleen S351 parody with a brand new manufacturer based on Saleen.

 

How plausible does this sound?

Not 100% sure, but i don't think new manufacturers can be added. Could be wrong, but we haven't gotten any new marks since the game released :/

Pretty certain that both were in the files at release. Fun or somebody like that would probably know for sure.

 

Edit: the showroom award and t-shirt unlock prove my case unless it was added after release (don't think it was though).

The Savage, Swift, Swift Deluxe, Re7b, Lectro and Nightblade are all on sale.

Heh, that is just a joke. I see they still haven't gotten over that whole pushing unpopular stuff/being in denial thing. It's a shame you have to complain for years on end for them to listen.

 

I guess some things are always going to be like that. Just have to look forward to the Hunter.

 

At least it was actually an aircraft dripfed in this aircraft DLC. That's about all that's good I can say for this week though.

it's easy to add new manufacturers, i added classique to my game, i edited simply the global.gxt2 file in the update.rpf with the classique line and and replaced in the vehicle.Meta section for the stallion, declasse with classique.

no problems.

only lsc still Shows the old manufacturer because it's Set in the lsc Script but R* can edit it with no problems

Howard was my third most anticipated aircraft. Now i just need the Hunter and Rustler, and I'm also pretty excited for the Pyro, Mogul and Seabreeze too in that order. This is pretty much my ideal GTA dlc, so waiting through the dripfeed, while a pain, is also very exciting for me at least.

 

Time to get my Aviator cosplay on. Anybody down to gather on a cliffside in Raton canyon and pretend to time me as I make passes in the Howard wearing my avaition cap? I'll let you pad your K/D when we're done..

 

Skip the Lectro and buy a Defiler, Vortex, or FCR if you dont have those yet. Even with the Lectro discounted, you should be able to afford two of the three i think. If those don't catch your fancy or you already have them: Manchez, BF400 or Esskey. All six have pretty great customisation and are decent for stunting.

To be fair I'm not a huge biker - I'm just a helicopter.

 

On the Howard - it is quite sexual I guess, and it does fly more smoothly than the Rogue in my opinion. But there's a large, Hunter-shaped hole in the game right now. They shouldn't have delayed filling it.

They changed how they do the trailers as well, a while back, they didn't show locked vehicles in trailers, now they show the vehicle even that it's not there on release day, Gunrunning and Smugglers Run, they did show the locked vehicles from Special Vehicles Circuit but they labeled them as "coming soon".

To me it's mixed. It being aircraft means I actually have interest in it this time. The Hunter being 3 months off at the end of it is intolerable torture.

 

For all people who are bored by aircraft though - this is what pretty much every dripfeed there's ever been has felt like to me. Just sitting by for months while stuff you're not interested in gets released week by week.

 

I wish they hadn't enacted the same crime upon car guys, and just released all these aircraft with the update. Everyone would've won that way.

I find it a bit amusing how some people that were stating we've waited for years for the Hunter to be added so waiting for 3 months isn't a big deal are now complaining about it being dripfed. Lol
