Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 4)

To be honest, it's going to need to tank a lot of sniper shots to be any good at PvP. If it really is 3 like I heard (I hope not) then it's an extremely easy target, much more so than even something like a Savage (at least that can hide behind buildings).

I just bought this and tested it's damage resistance out.

 

For the first test I used the explosive rounds in my heavy sniper on the stock/fresh off Warstock Bombushka. The first hit had it smoking. The second hit blew it up completely.

 

After this I called in another one from Mors and then fully modified it at my Hangar. While there I added 100% Armor to see if it made a difference. It did.

 

I flew my now-upgraded Bombushka to Los Santos, predictably within seconds of entering the city near the Vinewood Hills I hear the familiar beep-beep-beep of the Homing launcher. Despite the flares I decide to eat the missles in the name of science. It took the first one and began to smoke. It took a second missle and continued to plod around. On the third missle it finally exploded.

 

Then I called Mors again, used the interaction menu to call yet another Bombushka and took to the skies to try over. There was a pesky Oppressor flying around when I first went to the plane, by the time I got airborne he wasn't too far away. Like clockwork the guy immediately spams missles at the Bombushka. It took the first two rapid-fire explosions just fine. The third hit blew it out of the sky.

 

So there you have it folks. It should be said that the Bombushka is a very slow moving plane (makes sense, it's just shy of Titan size) so the explosive resistance and flares will need to come in handy much more often than you think. It's no wonder they added some guns to this thing (passengers-only). There's also a feature called JATO (Jet Assisted Take-Off) which is a boost that gives you a quick burst of speed similar to the Tula. Unsure how to get that working.

^ 3 homing launcher to destroy... looks like it has exactly the same resistance as a rogue and motolok, so 3 explosive rounds will put it KO.

You have to stand still and Press then the Boost button(PC: Left Shift) if you move it won't work, it takes you automatically off the ground, with a little speed boost, also the "Missions" to unlock the trade price for me only 24 or 26..so they changed it(PC)

Fun showed the amount of supply missions for the trade price a couple weeks ago Do enough sale missions and you get the discount. Rockstar trying to hide the discount price by making it show 5000 sale missions to unlock stuff.

Unfortunately no.

 

However, you can use a normal Sniper to shoot the rear door open, like how you opened the rear door of the Titan waaay back in the day!

It can fly.

 

+ 3 turrets with rly big zoom. Basically a slow flying cow with MOC guns. Good for trolling I guess.

 

And btw heres a little tip for everyone who wants to buy it - theres an easy plane duplicate glitch still going on.

 

You can't sell the dupe but you still can sell the original. That way you can have 40% any aircraft you buy.

 

edit: I changed session. It's still 5000 sales for me (PC)

Yes, yes it does (and it's suuuper easy)

 

 

Attempted it 3 times, never worked :'(

 

I'm punished by R* for not cheating them, and when I do try and cheat them, I can't!

Wow. Just played that bombushka run. At first I was happy because I was pilot, but that plane is slower than the titan in the smuggler protection missions. I found myself asking how long does this damn mission last.

 

Yay, we were finally shot down. Other team starts and the guy can't fly, literally crashing into all the obstacles and is down in like a minute.

 

So we start next round and I'm disappointed I'm the pilot again. One of my team messages me and says just crash, they can't catch up. So I nose dive into the beach and to our surprise we don't blow up! I had to retake off and fly into the ocean.

 

Seemed like ages and only earned 40k, but at least the urge to buy the bombushka has gone.

Yeah, we just got modernized versions of OG weapons, which had such an improvement and so much new customisation, that they are essentially new weapons (especially guns like SMG and Explosve Sniper which have completely new designs). I'm hoping we get more MkII guns, ideally more than just 5 next time. How about 10-15 new MKII guns? Special Carbine with grenade launcher anybody? (The grenade launcher could be fired near simultaneously and do as much damage/be as accurate as the Compact Launcher) Would be pretty gud..
