Someone needs to start a fresh topic called "Midnight Club:Los Santos" or similar where we can brainstorm ideas before making a video. Iron out the details, make a video/petition.

 

I mean, my whole idea (which is going to have to wait until the end of the week, because I'm on the road* for the next several days... :cry:) was going to be called something like 'Midnight Club: Import vs. Muscle' (tagline's a bit clunky/prosaic, but it's more to shoehorn some muscle cars in there as well), and do it like a full DLC concept - dunno if that's the sort of thing you mean - ?

 

*hey, all that Coors ain't going to cross the border all by itself, is it? ;)

guys anybody looking to old leaks some dudes leaked some future dlc(like gunrunning and smugglers run-heists-vechiles vs vechiles adversay mode import export dlc etc.) info and this dudes hinted at zombie dlc.maybe we are going to receive zombie story mode dlc or zombie stlye haloween update ? What İs Your thoughts

Commander S can make a dlc concept thread and it will stay open as long as it is suitably well made, which I know we can expect from him.

 

Wow - no pressure...! :catspider: I'll try to get it cobbled together ASAP - most likely by the end of the week, slightly-erratic real-life schedule depending.

My bet: all 'big' updates will always be business paywall related.

which would totally suck becuase the current business model(which is the one used in a whooping 5 updates) got old and boring!

 

they need to come up with something new.

I actually like the idea of doing a tuner update with a clubhouse-style property, but instead of a business side to it, just have ...a bunch of new contact missions with proper cutscenes (not just phone dialogue), same as with the original Lowriders update.

 

All R* needs to do is make the missions a bit more interesting, like the better Mobile Operations/special vehicle missions - most of those were pretty good (if not great on the payout front...), so it'd just be a case of marrying the presentation and production values of the Lamar missions with the set-pieces and structure of the Gunrunning/IE missions.

agree

 

lamar missions had a very simple structure but the cutscenes made them special, gunrunning missions were like miniheist, liked them a lot too.

Lamar's missions are hated because they're designed as advertisements for lowriders, and they force you to use lowriders in situations where they're just the worst cars possible. (they're worth it for the cutscenes imo, especially the funeral scene and Gerald's angry rant)

 

The Gunrunning and Special Vehicle missions are advertisements, too, but for vehicles that are mostly fun to use. Likewise, all of I/E is basically an ad for supercars by letting you play with customizations and test drive them. I know it made them some sales, too.

Thats basically it. The latest midnight club had everything from fast lowriders to muscle cars to tuners to exotics. I would just run with a working title, use a poll to vote on title ideas, then have Mach rename the thread once a title is chosen. We can just keep brainstorming and polling until we have all the details worked out. It will prob take a cpl weeks, but in the end we will have a superior product chosen by the enthusiasts that we can unite in supporting.

Its time for a gambling dlc...open the casino. Infuse the dlc with loan sharking, possibly pimping...add mini games and a casino heist with a large payout at the end. Add more lower riders, bennies up old favorites and newer one. Easy money. Add mansion as bordello loan sharking business.

 

I need the next Adversary to be a dogfighting dlc. Each one of the 7-8...have specific planes helicopters.

I haven't complain before, but i really feel bad about the new dripfeed system that have started since Gunrunning, i know it started a time ago but i mean the 2 to 3 months dripfeed, the only thing that i was after is the Hunter, when i realized it's coming after October i got extremely disappointed, I guess that confirms that Rockstar will stuck with this system IF they would continue, they're making systems every now and then like the start if high pricing after Ill Gotten Gains because of the content's good details, for example, if the Rapid GT Classic was released 3 years ago, it would be 200K instead of 885K, but without that details.

My vehicles $1,000,000+ list is now up to date. 82 of them costing grand total of $194,541,000 6 smugglers run vehicles are now in the top 10 for most expensive.

The way smugglers run changed the skies of los santos (for me at least) grants the naval update idea not as bad as people think tbh. yes, the supply runs and stuff is becoming a joke and the idea of being out at sea is boring to most but if rockstar implements a balanced system, import/export/moc type missions and good pay, this update could work. AIR battles are now fun and i'm sure naval battles could be just as good if done correctly.

R* gave us lot of old school vehicles in biker, Import/export and smuggler's run DLC, so I suggest they should focus on some luxury vehicles such as private light planes, new super yacht skins.

Ahh back to the days of when The Dump was the original Golden Luxor. Owning the Dune back then showed the world you had more money than you can count and weren't scared to spend it.

Wish they'd just bring more functionality to yachts. I haven't visited mine in ages. Not even for Piracy Prevention. My bartender is probably busy dusting off her counter top as we speak.

. . .hmmmmm, it would add much more usage for the water and waterways, which are under utilized.

 

If a nautical DLC comes, the clothes I suspect, will be up my alley.

I'm currently thinking about the naval business, what about some black market selling business, like nuclear warhead sales for 500k per sale solo, and 1 hour cooldown that would be great to attract people's attention to play the updates, and the selling mission using a replica of U boat or something that would be great, but i'm also okay with the midnight club updates, both are great, street racing that payouts like premium race? 50/60k per race win, i'm in!

Yeah maybe you're right it's R* after all, i think i'm going to pass if i have to sell it in a tug boat, i'd rather have a tug job instead if you know what i mean hahaha

I can't see how a naval update could have enough content to warrant a fully fleshed out update. The map's design doesn't accomate naval craft as a viable option to getting around quickly. If the map was spilt into smaller islands, then a naval update would make sense. But with Southern San Andreas being only one landmass with a couple of rivers, how could they give players enough to do?

Did you actually clicked in the links? Those are beta police scanners for APC and Hunter, referencing that I wanted both at the time.

I thought Undead Nightmare was boring, but if they made it in the stye of a survive it could be made.

 

If it was made like the old Resident Evil games for PS, limited ammo and melee weapons and you have get out of an area/building or just find and kill the zombies in the area to get the next area to unlock.

cant wait to drop $100 million on an aircraft carrier, thats right, a $1300 dlc! but only cause that'll be the only way to customize my boats and subs

R* need to slow down with the military themed updates. I prefer the earlier DLC's that had a set theme and introduced NEW content. Since finance & felonies we haven't seen any new ideas, just replicated supercars and aircraft that should have already been in the base game.
