Judging by the stream someone posted, you can choose from 3 bunkers at fort zancudo. That's going to be very interesting how that works out, seems a bit lazy on first impression. Will be a war zone.

If anyone is getting slow download speed on PS4, then make sure your MTU is set back to automatic, in case you take advantage of the solo public sessions, i.e MTU 800.
