Ok we are RLY close to this dlc so I think its a good time to post what I was writing for my wishlist/speculation topic (mostly wishlist) when the SmugglersRun trailer dropped. Let's see how close I was with this thing:

(Warning: super long post with pictures)

- Planes and helis customizations
- Custom Liveries

- Flares or missile jammers
- Pegasus Customs hangar & Underground hangar for bunkers
- Aircraft Carrier in Freeroam

 

• Place aircraft carrier in freeroam but far away from the land, with a bunch of soldiers and maybe even missile deference system. So it's not easier to get on to the carrier then it is to get inside Fort Zancudo.
• They could also add random spawn points to the carrier for every loby so it's harder to find. And it only shows up on map when you get close to it. Just like with Fort Zancudo.
• New freeroam events with stealing military equipment and vehicles like APCs, Hunters, Jets and weaponized boats.
• They could do similar thing with cargoships and npcs yachts. Just spawn them randomly far away and make people steal stuff for cash. We have many amphibious vehicles - give us a reason to use them finally!
• Th basic idea is - places away from land for people to play PvP if they rly desire to.

 

Helicopters

> Hunter (with his own VIP job)
- it speaks fot itself at this point.


> Air Wolf
- Considering that we already have KITT from Knight Rider and flying bikes from Battlestar Galactica I think AirWolf would fit perfectly.
- better and faster then buzzard
- More agile then Volatus
- Equipped with two small jet engines just like Oppressor. This could be a rly cool and fun way to avoid homing missiles. You hear a lock on, you press a button in the right moment and boom! You do a barrel roll or a spiral to avoid incoming rockets.

- Finally a heli that can land on water!

> Little Willie from VCS
- Something so small and so agile that it's nearly impossible to be taken down with a HL rockets. Downsides? Small range and no protection from bullets. Real opportunity to show off your flying skills.


> Custom Buzzard (would be nice since it's the most popular heli in the game)

> Custom Savage

Planes

> Rustler / Spitfire / P-51D Mustang / Ju-87D Stuka


> Sopwith Camel / Red Baron

> Carpet bombers / A6M5 Zero
- you can drop carpet bombs just like in SP but its balanced with rly slow reloads


> Gliders

> Avro Lancaster
-basically titan with turret guns

Boats

The main problem with boats in this game? They are slow, boring and theres no real reason for using them.
Solution? Faster boats and new freeroam missions in the sea! Destroying small yachts, Tug boats and Dodos for example

> Jet Boats
- Your favorite boats from Vice City but this time with a twist - a big Jet engine in the back, just like Rocket Voltic. Heck, at this point I wouldn't mind if they added expandable wings to a boat


> Military / Smugglers Boats
-With different turret options just like HalfTruck / AA trailer

> The Thunder
- Once again - it fits the team of old tv shows
- turrets, rockets, armor. Everything you need.

> Small Yachts
-With interiors similar to MOC so you can go inside and use weapon workbench

Weaponized / Special Vehicles

> James Bonds Lotus (for special underwater missions)


> Kaufman Cab
-Perfect runaway car. Has 'bunny hops' from R2k, bulletproof windows and land mines.


> Ripsaw Tank​

Dripfeed Cars
I'm not rly a big car guy but I have couple suggestions:

Clothing

> Pilot Jackets and hats


> Army clothing

Outfits

> New parachutes (new bags, new colors)
> Glide Suits
> Different Pilot uniforms and hats (for completing flight school at different lvls)

Weapons / MK2 Upgrades

 

• Colt AR-15 with M203 grenade launcher [ aka "My Little Friend" from Scarface]
  - You can switch between normal grenades, smoke grenades(cut content) and incendiary grenades at your MOC)
• Equalizer from VCS
  - Adds a scope to your Python revolver and moves it to the snipers category in your weapon wheel. Slow reload time but even one shot makes your enemies fall down
  
  
• Broomhandle Mauser
  
• Custom baseball bat
  - maybe even with a special ability like that perk in Fallout 4 that sends people in to the air?
  
• Crossbows and Nailguns
  - Pinning NPCs to walls and cars sounds refreshing if you ask me. Let us have a little bit of fun with that ragdoll effect!
  
• Chainsaw from VC

I'm taking a wild guess that the Batmobile will be a HALLOWEEN dripfed vehicle.

 

That's pretty amazing to see it in the game though.
