Yeah, they been doing this with every update.

Uploading the DLC files early but not the update itself like I said so you can't play the update early, however this time you have more ppl to grab it early so pics show up early.

Obvious, but that's confirmation.

 

 

 

Your Hangar includes low-level clearance to Fort Zancudo. This allows access to the base, however actions deemed beyond this clearance level will result in a Wanted Level.

And confirmation that they're allowing you to buy a hanger in Fort Zancudo. Guess they're not adding any new buildings.
