Those were a major point of contention on the Birds of Steel forums. That, and the Stuka's automatic dive-pullout system were not included in a otherwise-very-realistic slight/combat sim game.

By 1942 they generally hated everything about those planes, too.

I actually prefer the early block P-51D's to a Corsair, yet i agree. The P-51 is a boring plane. But it's recognizable and that's why it makes more sense ingame than other things

No one will really know until the update drops but I'd consider it confirmed. Drip feed has only gotten heavier and more extreme since they began using it however many updates ago. I'd expect it for every update from now on, thru whatever the next GTA is and I'd put money on it being used in RDR2 as well. Forever drip feed, forever and a hundred years drip feed, drip feed until the end of time.

Here's hoping 27M is enough to buy and fully customize a Hunter. I'm not sure it'll be enough for all the aircraft at any rate - might sell off some cars I don't use much tomorrow if that's the case.

What color are you making your Hunter? I'm thinking a forest green or matte black for mine.

...might get Hunter down the line if it is done properly, but knowing R*... they don`t do helicopters properly ever.

 

Isn't that a bit self-contradictory? Because original Hunter was the beast and last time I checked it was made by R*.

Not to sure yet. Probably the first thing I'll do when I get in it, is to quickly cycle through the weapons while taking off - just check everything's there, and see if there's any interesting new ones.

 

Then fly around a little, get a feel for how it flies. Blow up some AI cars and stuff.

 

Then either take it for customization, or take it out into public for some inevitable chaos.

 

I'm thinking I might get a clip of the first time I get in it, and maybe my first kill with it too.

More than enough and you know that, you're just overhyped a bit. Hunter with all the toys will be under 10 and that's 100% confidence interval here. It's another story, how good this thing will be in V, but we the first rule of the game is not to worry about something beyond your control.

Aren't you already a hypocrite? Since you defend the Oppressor all the time?

 

And personally I don't want to be shielded by 20K insurance myself. If we are though, I'd blame all the people who say it's fine on the other vehicles, for setting the precedent.
