In case you're wondering where this pre-WWII flying boat got its VTOL inspiration from.... thank NASA, I suppose.

(The wings are legit almost identical between the two)

 

 

I have to say, I'm quite relieved there's a semblance of logic behind that thing having four engines. I literally said yesterday I thought it was overkill

As a plane nerd though, I'm wondering how a taildragger aircraft (small tailwheel rather than tricycle landing gear) is going to takeoff in VTOL mode... as due to the angle of the plane when sitting, the thing would in real life be sent flying backwards lol.

Hey guys, how many drip-feed cars do you think we'll get?

 

Maybe half a dozen, if not more - ?

 

After all, if Gunrunning is the new standard when it comes to drip-feeding, we could be looking at enough to last until the next update - perhaps two months of locked content, most likely covering Halloween come October. That's more like eight, possibly ten vehicles that aren't part of the Day One complement.

 

Depends on what percentage of vehicles are cars, really - might be that R* does like last time, and we get upgraded versions of existing planes or something as well, like what they did with the Insurgent and Technical Custom variants.

Interesting plane, the Tula. VTOL, minigun and many upgrades. Gives an idea of which upgrades other helicopters and planes will get.

So bombs will be an upgrade, and Jato.. nice, from what I read it's like a "nos", but for planes

Can you tell us if the Hunter is a dripfeed vehicle? God I hope not. Idk anything about the number of vehicles or what is being dripfed.

 

I assume the Hunter is not a dripfeed vehicle though. I also assume all the vehicles we are seeing tweeted today (and probably tomorrow) will be available on Tuesday.

More like rocket powered like Sammy Millers "Vanishing Point". A 70's Rocket Powered Vega funny car that went 1.6 secs in 1/8 mile at 300+ mph. So fast he would literally blackout from g forces every run.
