...eh. Please say some of those are just Pegasus-able - I'm actually a big aviation fan, because there's a lot of air force/aerospace stuff where I live. But I don't want to get stuck having to permanently own some business, complete with the mandatory phone-spam (particularly since it's from friggin' Ron - of all people, R*... ).

Like the older stuff, maybe getting the Escort or whatever else, hoping that the use of the actual Smuggler's Run logo for the update is a sign R*'s going to start mining the back catalogue, and we'll finally get an update looking a lot like this:

 

 

Although I'm a little worried by this part of the Newswire article:

...I really hope that's a hint that there's another update coming at the end of the year - not that this'll be another extra-long drip-feed, and Smuggler's Run is going to stretch out from now until December...

I still don't know what R* has against magnets. That thing has been in 2 games, and we have never been able to fly it outside of a mission.

argh, intentional or not it's still a problem. the changes were unnecessary and caused more damage than fixing anything. a number of vehicles were ruined because of it.

from their wording i get this is the last update of the year, they gonna bundle everything into this one, hence why it mentions halloween and december holiday.

Just a hit and run factoid: the "microhelicopter" appears to be the Robinson R22, the world's leading kitbuilt (yes, really) helicopter.

Extremely common due to low purchase and running costs, and yes, 100% helo.

 

Edit: Oh, there's two little helos in the mix. Well, not the singer seater is an R22, then. The rest of the autogyro spiel below still counts.

 

Autogyros are more airplane than helicopter, the rotary wing isn't powered, just the pusher prop is. They still need runway space to accelerate/deccelate for takeoff/landing.
