Give me a thermal scope on my Heavy? You know Rockstar? Now nothing can distract me and i will be a Terminator! I'm not happy with that! If i can be Terminator, so will others. Do you realize how easy it will be to shoot down a pilot in a heli or a jet? Did you guys even think about that? Oh God! This was my FIRST talk when i joined. That thermal scope is way OP than anything. This is not good! Nooooot goooood.

Yeah I remember when you said the thermal scope wasn't going to be good for online. Seems like you cherry pick the military content that you prefer and shun what others want. I could totally see you complaining about that one scope even if you got the 5 tanks and the aircraft you wanted. Like i said before if the sniper has the shot it's his kill. Sniping players out of a jet or helicopter is nothing new. It doesn't matter if someone's using iron sights, ACOG, red dot or a thermal scope on a Heavy Sniper. If you have the skill to line up the shot you deserve the kill. You act like all of the sudden a thermal scope is going to turn a noob sniper into a quickscoping god. That's just not realistic.

 

You know how thermal scope works man? You can easly see the glowing red doesn't matter the distance and you can easly locate the target and shoot it. Without the termal it's impossible to see the player in an aircraft from distance. It is very clear with thermal because everything is pastel blue except your target. It is insanely powerfull!

 

depends on the resolution of the scope, how much atmosphere is between you and the target, and what objects (a wind-cooled bullet-proof thick glass) are in the way.. Do YOU know how thermal scopes work?

Why does rockstar have to be dicks to us and say there is 17 new vehicles when there really is about 6 because all the others are already in the game? And why do they say its a "Massive" update lol its not massive 6 actual new vehicles, no new weapons when its called GUNRUNNING, and only 6 weapons that can be upgraded. Lol so massive! Honestly the only thing that they can say is massive so far are the bunkers.

They are just crushing most of our dreams they don't care you may want these mad max vehicles but most of us don't. I honestly wouldn't mind mad max vehicles that much if they were actually new vehicles instead of a Tampa with scrap metal on it. What pisses me off is that they take vehicles that are in the game put a gun on it maybe even some scrap metal and then they call it a new vehicle. I'm sorry its just so frustrating with this bullsh*t that rockstar is doing at least make a new vehicle that's the main reason most of us get excited for new dlcs!

A. This seems more appropriate for the B&M thread.

B. Part 1. Did we have a halftrack of any kind before? No, and the Duneloader gets no love ever so it's rad as hell it's coming. B. Part 2. There seems to be a fairly even number of reskins and legitimate new vehicles. A lot of people wanted completely new stuff, a lot of people like the Mad max/DIY stuff, both parties win this way.

Sure you don’t get your A-10, but R* has already stated they think the Hydra was a mistake, I don’t see us getting another military jet any time soon, and I'm beginning to think we won't get the Hunter during this game's life, as much as I and a ton of others want it.

And finally C. Maybe don't hype yourself up before official info is released in the future because all it does is create a situation where you're completely displeased with the update because it's not the scenario you created in your head.

 

Rockstar never said that the Hydra was a mistake. Rockstarfa**ot said. Also another nerd said that 'they destroyed their own f*cking game'... It's just a kiddo argue. Everything is balanced! It is not easy to control a hydra. If you're above level 400 which means you are a hardcore gta player. You will know what to do instead of moaning and crying.

More powerful than a homing launcher? Or a minigun that can shred your heli in a second? Or a huge array of anti-air vehicles?

 

The Thermal Scope is cool I think. If someone can manage to snipe someone out of a jet, then they deserve the kill - Thermal Scope or not. Buzzards are easier to get, but I'd still take being sniped over being shot with a laggy, glitched out homing launcher, etc.

 

I'm in love with that, i do shoot pilots out commonly. Thermal on my Heavy will make me a terminator. And i kinda don't like that.

 

Fly savage very close to the ground and fast take advantage of your most op cannon and take out the target.

Fly Buzzard around circles and rocket down your target.

Fly any jet and dive from right above your target and kill him.

 

There are mechanics of all vehicles. I don't deny that homing launcher is op! Sometimes it turns 90degree and hit my savage. Been there lived that.

Relax, it's okay to be wrong. I've been wrong countless times on this forum. r* hasn't mentioned anything about the amount of vehicles we are getting, only leakers. How old are you exactly? I'm not sure you are of age if I'm being honest.

Unfortunately there's a high amount of players who instantly assume that if they don't like something nobody wanted it. I personally like both post-apocalypse and proper military content, and it's great to see that the update is going to include both. About the Tampa, I think that's because we'll have to upgrade the civilian model. It looks like many vehicles of the update are already exsisting ones upgraded to imitate "real life" military vehicles (Buggy and DPV, Duneloader and M3 Half-Track), which sounds nice to me.
