Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 4)

The Insurgent Pickup and Technical customs are pretty good hints towards them adding more of the existing Pegasus vehicles to the MOC customization. I agree with SuckBoy in that we won't see the bigger (Rhino, Barracks, etc) and sea/air vehicles being customized anytime soon since they won't fit in the MOC. And I wouldn't expect anything more than the Insurgent or Technical for a while because I'm guessing it will be a slow process like the Benny's "upgrade" system. I'm not really sure what else they could add to the MOC other than the Crusader though? Maybe some non Pegasus armored vehicles like the Kuruma or regular Insurgent? Or the "armored" vehicles that came with E&OC? Maybe a few trucks (Sadler, Bison, Bobcat XL) that can tow the AA trailer will get some love?

 

I REALLY hope the all black Marshall is a hint towards custom monster trucks, but I wouldn't expect that until they added something new like hangars or something to custom larger vehicles.

 

Or maybe they will let us use the MOC space in the bunker to custom larger vehicles? IDK!

 

Also hope they add garage space to the bunker!

I could see it go either way. Maybe tide us racers over with a super or sports classic. But they just as likely could wait until the 4th to get it started and begin with the liveries and Pegasus to PV upgrades for the Insurgent and Technical. Or the Mudshark or W/E it's called... I've resigned to simply enjoying all the Mk2 weapons upgrades and weaponized vehicle upgrades 8n the meantime. More glad by the day that i decided not to fast track most reasearch and actually play the new missions while i recoup the 30 million i spent across 2 characters for Gunrunning. Still have a reserve of 10 mil, so I'll be ready whenever they do finally decide to start the drip.

Nope, for a few reasons:

1. We just got an update not long ago. Maybe enjoy it before asking for another one?
2. I have no information about what's next other than the fact that Gunrunning was not the last update, but duh.
3. I don't really care about it anyway, I rarely play GTA Online now and I don't care much about it anymore.
4. I don't have as much free time as I used to, so obviously GTA Online and leaks are far from being in my priorities.
5. The recent events with OpenIV as well as some discussions I recently had.
6. I didn't really want to leak anything from the Gunrunning update, so I vaguely hinted at some info but it still didn't go as I wanted (even though I got everything right about it, eh).
7. And of course the dickheads.

Basically don't expect anything from me anymore. Leaking can be fun sometimes, but in the end it's not really worth it. I'll just stick to the backstage to keep an eye on (and some control over) what's going on.

Other examples would be the infamous Lester line during the Heists Update:
"I know you've been complaining, but you just weren't ready"

 

Now my take on this is, that we are going to see some more Mobile Operations in the future which are potentially going to be even bigger, as Agent 14 clearly outlines it as "big things", alluding to the fact that the current Mobile Operations are not yet that "big".

This is a small and subtle guess, but I think we might be in for some Heist-esque gameplay after a long-long time.

Lester didn't tell us similar things, he said something along the lines of "maybe in the future, we'll see".

 

And I am pretty sure that more Lamar Missions were planned for the Lowriders Customs Classic Update, but were cancelled due to so many people not liking their structure/hating on them.

 

As Agent 14 pointed out "no promises", so I guess it is more of a general direction of what R* has planned rather than a set in stone roadmap.

Yeah, I'll stay up even though I don't think anything will drop until the 4th. I'm usually up close to that time anyway. I'm looking forward to the XA-21, I'd rather see more Muscle and Sports Classics added but I do love the Ocelot cars. The F620 is still one of my favorite cars, sound and handling are both excellent fun.

That's generally a square-ish question. I drive a car whenever I want to - I like to swap daily drivers - but the Stallion is #1!

Years for me. I never buy cars I am not 100% sure about.

 

I made one mistake, one. I bought the Drift Tampa despite my better judgement. But I suppose it was better to try it just to make sure than to always wonder if I missed out on it.

Months, Years? Until I get tired of them. That depends on the car, I could play around with some cars forever, like Stallion, Tempesta, etc.

I usually sit in it for a day of two, free mode, race (If competitive), and then she joins the others in storage to be taken out at least once a month, depending on it's usefulness, more if so naturally... I get to see angles in various lights and know the colour fits, and the handling, of which I tend to sit in a muscle car for longer to get a better hold...

 

Often when exiting the office with a car or heisting, I 'blind pick' something... Quite funny to find myself in the Rat-Truck... I get bashed around by all the Kuruma's/DoD's... Mad fun if you beat a sports/super (idiot) driver to a checkpoint too... Oh, the little things...

Depends on the car, if it has the handbrake speed boost between 2nd and 3rd gear i will put it in one of my main garages and use it sometimes

 

If it doesn't then it will rot in one of my "undesired cars garages"

 

TBH since gunrunning dropped, i only use the Oppressor

 

Except the X80 and the Nero cuz of stunt races

guys anybody remember pegasus customization idea ? rockstar can make pegasus vechiles open to customization and they actually trying example insurgent pick up custom and technical custom I Wonder they do other pegasus vechiles like tank boats helicopters airplanes I Really want it actually they can bring new tank and airplanes with gunrunning part 2. (and gta online will be World War 3 )

I understand. And I wasn't one of those people who disliked Gunrunning or whatever; I kind of thought that we might as well at least try to get that question out of the way because it seemed like a lot of other people, at least here on the forums, didn't like the update. But thanks again for your response. I guess at this point once we are done with the dripfeed vehicles, hopefully we won't have to wait too long for news of the next update. In the meantime I shall do some work from my bunker and get those new weaponized vehicles.
