The latest the drip feed will start is the 27th

Rockstar's never waited more than two weeks from update release day to release drip feed content (Only exception being Lowriders Custom Classics) and that was because it was the first update to introduce drip-feeding.

Better question is when it will end though

Off topic, but I thought maybe people just hadn't figured out how to lock on with the AA APC. Getting it the other day - and seeing for myself that it doesn't lock on ...

 

I mean, a SAM battery that doesn't even lock on ... Surely that's not intentional?

Ok I thought a little bit about this ufo stuff that was added with gunrunning. What if they pull a little independence day (movie) on independence day (july 4th)?

Stuff like ufos flying around, aliens running around and the crashed ufo near zancudo. Could be an adversery mode or freemode event.

Introducing Aliens and Other Disasters - Los Santos, after years of warfare between players, gangs and criminal organisations, our alien overloads have passed judgement on the fate of the city. It will be rocked by earthquakes. Swamped by tidal waves. And ultimately invaded by those who feel that you're no longer worthy to reside there.

 

There will be new weapons and vehicles to help you survive the elements, and fight off the incoming invasion. All interiors will be opened for shelter, and to make your last stand.

 

The police and military will finally be on you're side. You'll be able to call for emergency assistance, whether that be air support, supplies, extraction or simply brute force to deal with the threat at hand. Your fellow residents will not be able to harm you whilst an event is occurring, besides you will all need to be working towards a common goal. Take back what's yours, do not let Los Santos fall into enemy hands.

 

Tidal waves will also bring in suitably large (and dangerous) monsters to contend with. Some will be as tall as the mighty Maze Bank building, and it's your job (along with fellow players) to take down this threat at all costs. Use your Lazer, Hydra and various other vehicles in your arsenal to inflict as much damage to the creature as you can - before it's too late. If the creature wins, everybody dies.

 

Aliens will periodically try to take over infrastructure in the city and surrounds, and they need to be stopped. They'll launch violent air attacks, and brutal on-ground assaults. They'll stop at nothing to succeed, and it will take everyone's best efforts to keep them at bay.

 

Amongst the mayhem, earthquakes will strike at random to temporarily alter the landscape, change escape routes and create new battlegrounds. Be prepared.

 

Much, much more information about Aliens and Other Disasters will be released in the coming weeks, with a trailer being released next week.

So, we've usually gotten two summer updates. One in June and one in July. With the dripfeed content released two per week, that would put the first open DLC week at 7/25. Special Vehicle Circuit sequel to include Oppressor, Ardent, and Tampa?

This but not a small DLC in September. Most likely something similar in size to Gunrunning but maybe in October instead of September. Similar to how BIKERS followed FAFF last year.

I think the next update might or should be a luxury themed one to "spend all the hard earned cash from bunker and v.i.p operations".....perhaps the long awaited and practically forgotten casino update.

 

but knowing Rockstar, odds are...you're more likely to die from a shark attack before that happens.

No god please no more luxury sh*t. We need more classic and modern musclecars, more compacts, more tuners, more vans and more offroad stuff.

Take cars like the gauntlet and give them an offroad kit (similar to how the lowriders work) add liftkits to trucks and give them deeper customisation and such.

The only thing that they should add that comes close to luxury are cars like the cheetah classic and the torero.

The OpenIV team gets to be officially supported by R*

We'd get to go back to Liberty City for IV's 10-year anniversary

R* gets to extend the life of a 5 year-old game (calculating from 2018)

 

They're gonna delay RDR2 few more times so RDR2 - Fall 2018, Libery City Map Expansion - April 2018.

tuner update and hunter for helilovers! rockstar is fulfilling the society's wishes, from lowrider gangsta, yachts ,race cars, bikers, gunrunning, etc

 

tuner dlc is one of the hot item, r* keep it going and give us the tuner dlc with classics(dominator!), jdm heros (wrx, suspra, integra, civic type R), new muscles(dominator, gaunlet)!

20th anniversary of GTA coming up. I think they have something big up their sleeve, like a paid story mode DLC/online map expansion. It'll make them another billion dollars. It could happen.

After driving around in my MoC yesterday I would enjoy a trucking DLC even if it's a small mini DLC.

 

"This isn't trucking simulator yo" - Well maybe it should be.

 

Starting a transport company and even have the ability to haul freight for other players MC / CEO / Bunker businesses.

A Tuners Update is every bit as plausible as a Lowriders update.

 

Even more so, we actually have street racing in the game, and we do not have Lowrider competitions.
