Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 4)

Fun fact: I went to a 2014thread and saw the Hunter mentioned. The bandwagon didn't start with happy fyi

No no no, you see I must be to blame for that as well. I'm also to blame for them burning their toast in the morning. The bananna skin they slipped on earlier too? That was me as well.

 

Seriously though all I saw this past hour was some guys discussing how much the new stuff will affect flying vehicles. Then two screechy guys jumped in going on about the Hunter, and how everyone had to stop talking about it. Maybe they've got voices in their head or something?

 

 

You started something great, now people want to use it and twist it into their own ideology. Wanting the hunter was never about pissing and moaning, well for me it wasn't, for me it's only a matter of time when we get it. I truly believe we will get the hunter ONE DAY, so I see no point in people causing drama. Now I better get back to lurking and reporting quote trains before I get myself into trouble lol

Can anyone compare the speed of APC's AA rockets we saw in the trailer to every type of rocket we currently have in the game ?

Would be difficult. Perhaps if we could find the location, recreate the scene and camera angle, etc.

 

But by then the update would probably be out.

 

The location is irrelevant. All you need is the camera perspective.

 

Measure how long it took from the time the missile left the tube to the time it hit the helicopter, then go record a video with a Ruiner, a shoulder fired AA launcher, and an RPG and show how far each of those flies in the same amount of time after launching.

 

If it took two tenths of a second or 6 frames after launch to hit the target (example, I didn't measure it) then make a gif showing how far each of the other launchers fly in the same time period.

You lot are fine with people spamming "this is the best update ever!!!" or "rockstar is the best for still giving free dlc!!!", but when someone says he doesn't like an update and says why because it doesn't appeal to him, your asses get saltier than an entire ocean.

You're not talking about disliking the update you're bitching about everything in this game. Pajamas to military vehicles, everything bothers you. I would understand if you criticize properly but you're just bitching. Clearly you need to move on to another game buddy.

Even though there are few things i like from all this, if the Kombat T98 is the only (somewhat) civilian vehicle we get, dripfeed included, this update will then very be "meh" for me.

I don't care to see anymore Supers anytime soon (Sorry guys). I just want the few Sports that are left, that need to be added (We all know which one mainly), some muscle, maybe even just a regular truck. Just anything.

 

But it'll probably be a Super or two. I hope they aren't weaponized...

exactly, all this AA stuff is like a "sorry we know we f*cked up"

 

in part i think it would be fun to have some ground resistence, it would make griefin sessions more entertaining

However, trying to import and export cars, in peace, in a Cargobob is going to be like a chainsaw to the groin from now on.

The way I see it, just because the Hunter wasn't shown and may not be coming doesn't mean it never will. I have hope for my flying brethren. There could be a Flight School type update in the works that might be prime choice for the Hunter to make it's long awaited return. Anyways...

 

I have a feeling by the time this update comes I'm never going to want to touch Heists ever again. Going to be some serious grinding from tomorrow on... Double money had me wanting to off myself from the boring monotony but now? Oh, lerd... I hope there's some good clothing coming. Everything we have now is just meh. Same with hairstyles. Wonder what new masks will be added...

(Serious post.) Even before trailer came out I had a feeling that the t98 truck would be one of the vehicles added for some reason. I never really liked the look of it, tho. It looks like a smaller, uglier sibling of the insurgent. I'd rather just get a military and a civilian hummer h1 instead but I guess that's just me.

Because it's a huge lumbering target, it needs the armor it has currently.

 

Those that complain about the lack of armor on the buzzard really don't take the time to utilize its agility and maneuverability. Or how the devastating Savage has to be a bit weak in armor or it'd be a floating angry god. I actually find it easy to survive and attack/defend in a savage but that's from enjoying myself and learning to accept it's weaknesses while focusing on its advantages.
