Yan2295 picked June 13th and so did Fun in the poll above. So yeah... i just checked and read every user carefully. I wanted the release date to be on the 6th as well but you have to honor the experts in this matter. They both picked June 13th so it should be final at this point.

They've also liked comments that point to the 6th. So you can't really go off their votes, what they say, or what they like. It's all a mixture of both days.

I speculate there will be no aircraft, but Rockstar - having seen the disappointment over the lack of them, and the call for them - might add some stuff in a following update. After all, with all this anti-air stuff, that's the "jets are overpowered" complaint addressed. Next can be the "we need new aircraft"/"poor helicopters" complaint.

 

Rockstar will probably want something to fill the gap won't they, with Red Dead 3 being delayed? And *cough* cut files *cough*.

 

I also speculate the APC will be a joy to use, and will remind people of the tank's glory days (only now there's a lot of stuff to fight it, so it'll feel like less of a chore to battle).

At the "Weaponized Vehicles can also be employed as company assets instrumental in delivering cargo to any drop-off." i briefly wondered if we could repack the Biker Sales coke into the Flying Bike, but i guess the "assets" will be used to push those damn vans from behind, if anything.

 

They were meant to be used in Gun Running sales i guess.

Alright, fine, here is my speculation based on the information that I think I know and Yan's riddle.

 

I speculate the release date is the 13th, but I think there is a possiblity it can change. I think there will be 17 vehicles, but one of them is that new golf cart thing used to drive around the Bunker. I speculate 8 of them will be "special vehicles", that will require a mission to unlock. Not gonna be able to just buy them straight away this time, except the Tampa. When you buy the Bunker, the Tampa is how they introduce the vehicle customization to you. The Rocket Bike is probably one of these as well, and I bet it can be armed. I've said this before, but I speculate that the "research" is how you unlock new upgrades for your weapons, vehicles, and maybe even clothing. I think the MOC is not destructable, but the Truck is. I think there is only one truck model to have tow the MOC, but you can jack other trucks to tow it if yours gets destroyed. I expect that this new customizable Phantom(?) is one of the 17 vehicles. I speculate there will be no aircraft at all in this update. I speculate anyone can own a Bunker, VIP, CEO, Biker, or a player with nothing. I think the new Buggy will be called the Bandito. It's a special vehicle as well obviously. I think there will be no new weapons added at all, only mods for existing weapons. I think there will be a few "military" style haircuts and tattoos added.

I think there will be one more vehicle kinda like the Tampa for a total of 8 specials.

 

There might be, idk, 10-12 vehicles released with the update. The rest will be drip feed. Idk maybe some normalish type of cars. I hope so at least.

I'm not sure if people have talked about this, don't wanna read through all the pages that have been made semi recently. But what about the inaccessible mineshaft entrance just past the end of Sandy Shores airstrip? Its not all that far from where the hatch in the first screenshot was seen, could it be a secondary entrance to the Sandy Shores Airbase Bunker?
