Beware the Ruiner.

I never been shot down or chased by a Ruiner 2000 in a buzzard since it came out. These new AA vehicles got me very worried.

 

The ruiner is also AA. These new vehicles might have quicker rockets but I doubt it.

Lmao, the ruiner is anti everything. Those missiles are the most accurate I've ever seen in a game. My friend killed several good hydra pilots with it although he never took down a lazer before.

I not worried about the Ruiner. I feel like lobbies are gonna be filled with nothing but special vehicles, Insurgents, Tanks and AA vehicles now. It feels a little bit Saint Row "ish" and Battlefield "ish" to me. GTA Online is about to change. Im not saying it's gonna be thrash, but my opinion is Rockstar should've made a separate game for all the Mad Max, Army stuff. I gotta wait and see if this is gonna be good or bad for GTA.

Since turrets are optional on the MOC, will the turrets on vehicles such as the Tampa be? I'd like an unarmed version however cool one with miniguns will be too

I don't wanna start it again, but that leaked info thread that came out fake from December actually got a lot of things right. Special shop for new weapons in bunker, military vehicle customization in the bunker, more weapon customization options, speed pull magazine etc. The only thing that is missing is new tank and the hunter. Just saying.

He was confirmed to be fake news. Very fake news. He was someone on here.

 

On the gun, I think it's just a customized Combat MG. But then, if you customize a gun so much that you think it's a new gun, is it kind of a new gun? Deep question really.

Still, only 3 actual military vehicles - the rest being DIY stuff - and not a single aircraft in sight.

 

I think they just should've gone easy on labelling everything military, calling everything high powered military hardware, showing up the APC so much that it gave the vibe that was the kind of thing to expect.

 

But what's done is done, and hopefully they have a few more pure military vehicles in there. Probably not aircraft, but maybe something or the other.

the only DIY vehicle I see in the images is the Tampa tbh. Everything else is either proffessional grade or military. The tampa looks like it might become the 3rd morbid muscle car on gta5 after dod and R2K. Also would you be happy if R* released the squaddie in this dlc or you want the patriot from Gta III?

GTA3 Patriot, no hesitation. The Squaddie is still based on the current Patriot which is a H2.

Well, i guess you can't store an aircraft carrier inside your bunker

 

Maybe it's gonna be for a future update

 

I like everything i see so far from R* regarding this update and i am confident that we will see new aircraft in the trailer

GTA3 Patriot, no hesitation. The Squaddie is still based on the current Patriot which is a H2.

 

Plus that would leave the cut audio files up in the air (hovering up in the air, you might say) - so it's kind of a win-win.

totally agree. If they were to add the patriot I think they could go really creative with it and add a variety of off-road mods for it as well as ability to upgrade to army version. The squaddie just doesn't cut it for me. Looks ugly, probably is as durable as a crusader and just carries more ppl like the barracks. A proper h1 with a loud af duramax Diesel engine and lots of off-road mods would be my dream, but they don't use engine sounds for vehicles from real life in this game sadly..

I hope they're saving the good stuff for the last, because so far the clothing looked disappointing at best.

I had hoped we would get army equipment and clothing seen in army people in game.

Speaking of Crusader, a Crusader classic or Mesa classic as a Jeep Willys would be fun. ( not for this update though )
