For the MOC, may its indestructible ( or very very very heavily armored.) But the truck who cary him is destructible, so you have your MOC who is stuck somewhere until you bring back a truck to move him? (The Phantom Wedge would be perfect for this :') )

Why would Rockstar release a new Newswire post today? If it's coming on the 13th, wouldn't they wait until next Friday? Makes it seem like it's closer than it actually is(June 6th).

"Check back soon to the Rockstar Newswire for more details on GTA Online: Gunrunning." It's not the last newswire on it. Probably releasing more info on either next Tuesday or Friday

It's most likely a prop Combat MG just like the turret on the Rhino.

They even posted it during the Twitch Live Stream.

I have a bad feeling the apc will be another serious threat to helicopters but not a threat for jets. I seriously hope I'm wrong. Edit: I'm glad we getting a customizable semi truck.. hopefully we don't have to lug around the MOC trailer with it all the time. Might finally have fun with big trucks in the game..

 

Then again, for the most part I deal with homing launchers and even Ruiner 2000s (FL types) - probably these will be small fry compared to them. Got to be a bigger and slower target than a Ruiner right? Also, if they have no VIP work specifically for them (which could happen) then they're stuck weaker, and with limited ammo.

 

The thing stuck on a little trailer for a truck made me laugh. I don't think that one will bother me.

 

There are definitely a lot of anti-air things anyway, so I get your vibe completely.

 

And yeah, I think jets will beat all of it regardless of how helicopters cope.

 

Well, I think jet pilots may be a bit concerned. If we're getting AA missiles with high aiming angle and Ruiner maneuverability paired with current special vehicle delivery system they should be very bloody concerned. Off-radar plus these little friends may be deadly. But I agree with you, Hunter, it's double edged sword: stuff that may decimate jets will ground choppers for sure. If this sh*t is good, we may have a no-fly zone with a lot of fun for ground guys, sneaking on these vehicles.

So this is starting to scare me as well as it should for Happy retnuh and his clique. Second batch of screens and still no sign of a potential Patriot classic ( sigh ) or "that" flying thing.

 

If these 2 don't come with an update like this one, they likely never will... :(

 

 

About the screens themselves:

 

-Im happy about the MOC but one question remain. How affordable will it be? ( i only have 21.4 mil )

 

-The Duneloader doesn't look too bad but i need to see what's it capable of before i buy one.

 

-The AA APC screen pretty much confirms it has limited ammo. If you look closely it fires a second missile and the hatch on the first is already open and empty.

 

-Couldn't care less about the buggy it's likelly a death trap like the technical.

 

-Rocket bike, might be the best thing i saw today, hope it's usable for stunting.

 

-Armored Tampa meh, don't care.

 

-The SAM trailer looks highly situational and realistically impractical in a typical freemode session, and is likely a matter of " shooting before being spotted". If you are, ( assuming it works exactly as shown ) good f*cking luck trying to escape with a Sadler or Bison pulling it.

Seems weird that you do the vehicle customisation in the MOC and not in the bunker.

 

Maybe once you park the MOC up to go inside it, it can't be attacked and it's only vulnerable when on the move?

 

I dunno. Looks good though. I like the idea of a group of mates with a fleet of vehicles escorting it around causing mayhem :)

I hope the apc is really good against jets but can't lock onto anything else.. as for Duneloader, it's ok. I always wanted the technical to have a scope on it with better range so I can rape jets offradar tho. That lil truck is only good for taking out a annihilator chasing you. Anything with explosives and that thing is done.

The aiming angle is a big if though. Nothing so far can aim straight up, and knowing Rockstar, I wouldn't be surprised if they have a fairly low angle to aim at.

 

I imagine it'll all be just stuff to get in the way for helicopters and planes, just driving more people to the jets.

 

That said, with all this stuff, I think the jet-arguments can finally end.

Other than that, I firmly believe it should be reserved to the people who spent time collecting all the spaceship parts in SP, why give it to everyone willy nilly if they're not willing to spend 20 minutes collecting them?

If the MOC is destructible (I still think it won't be) then I hope there's an insane insurance fee (like 50-100k) for people who blow it up.

You can upgrade the MOC with turrets that can be manned by your teammates. That suggests to me that it can be destroyed by your enemies. No point having defensive weapons if you're indestructable!

What happens if you're customizing a car inside? There's no way they would let someone blow you up while you're doing that. Unless the MOC has to be parked in the bunker to do those customizations.

 

I have speculated that you won't be able to access the interior of the MOC while it is "mobile" this would include all interior modular compartments. However, once you park the MOC and "deploy" it, then you will have full access to the interior modular compartments. The MOC could very well be destructible when in it's "mobile" phase, but becomes indestructible during its "deployed" phase.

You can probably do it in the bunker too, the MOC is just a way of being able to do bunker things in the middle of the city. Wonder how big it will be once deployed, if it does deploy.

because I want a dune buggy that isn't bland and basic. And I don't want a military one either. The military one looks like it will be really fun for chases and hit-n-run tactics tho.. Edited by Duckdude001

because I want a dune buggy that isn't bland and basic.Then collect the spaceship parts in SP, that's better than complaining about not being able to buy it.

Contender might be a good truck for that except it has no hitch. The only pickups in the game that have the hitch are the two above mentioned and the bobcat xl, which is even slower and has no 4x4. A fully loaded bison with 6 ppl inside might be competent maybe with that thing on the back.. idk we just gunna have to see. We could see a new pickup or SUV with a hitch.

Wish I could like this post.

 

I would say it's starting to scare me, but to be honest I had already forseen this via the vibes.

 

The saving grace I guess is that those cut content audo files were changed, and the guns still haven't shown up (I don't think anyway? There were a few claims, but the ones I saw seemed to be false alarms).

 

I don't want my RetnuH to battle your Patriot though, or the cut guns :/ It all deserves to come back.
