even though they fake, what would the class of each of these vehicles be? Boats, planes, helicopters, off-road, SUV, service, utility, etc..?

 

 

 

So nothing new yet huh? I'm hoping i can spend my $11m on a new apache heli, a new MBT, some weapons, clothing and a bunker.

MBT ain't happening man.

aw ffs. I don't want to roll around in the rhino all the time. And that thing gives all video game tanks a bad name. A upgraded rhino or rhino 2.0 would be nice at the very least.. Edit: at least I wouldn't waste as much money in the update if there was no tank ha ha... sigh..

 

If the regular APC is exactly like it was on on TBOGT, you can very well consider it to be the closest thing you'll ever get from a "Rhino 2.0".

I consider that thing a insurgent 2.0 tbh but oh well.

What if instead of the sea sparrow, we got a buzzard that can land on water ? i mean it would be easier for them to implement in the game.

 

rockstar has never been so lazy honestly don't bash me for saying this but I mean come on all they seem to add into the game now are vehicles that are already in the game like that Tampa don't get me wrong there cool but I want new vehicles and I'm sure you guys do to. I'm sure you rather have a sea sparrow instead of a buzzard that can float on water think about it.

well it is kind of lazy if 8 of 20 new cars are scrap metal cars that are already in the game. And learn how to read I didn't say about old requested vehicles I was talking about them adding a buzzard that can float that's what I'm calling laziness .

Not many ppl want more scrap metal cars based on vehicles we currently have in game. The dod is imo the only one I actually like. Any chance to see more blacklisted vehicles in this dlc? Which ones you guys think would fit?

If the regular APC will come back with the same characteristics that it had in TBOGT it would be far from being an upgraded Rhino. Unlike the Rhino, the APC could only survive only a pair of explosions and then explode with the third one, and the explosive cannon was completely different to anything we currently have in GTA Online (the explosion size was extremely low, and it took around 5 shots to disable a vehicle). On the other hand, the APC was around 30 kmh faster (I think that they'll buff its speed or make it upgradable tho), the turret's rate of fire and turning speed were superior to the Rhino's and will be able of carrying another passengers and probably 6 outside. I think that the APC will be a pretty different armed vehicle from the Rhino, probably more similar to the "light tank" that some people suggested, especially considering its lighter armament. I would personally prefer to get the current Rhino a buff than introducing a brand new "heavier MBT".

I agree on this. Although a m1a2 Abrams heavy tank would be the most badass ground vehicle they could ever add in this update. Imagine a CROWS (Crew Remote Operated Weapons System), TUSK (Tank Urban Survival Kit), SEPV3 (Special Explosive Protection v3) mounted on it. This would be the vehicle I take when Idgaf about anything. Basically the day 1 Gta online rhino with even more armour lol. Would be op but hey the jets are op and we still got em. I just hope they give the hunter the ability to do uhhh.... backflips? I dunno if that's how the maneuver is called. And flares. That would make it perfect to me. I dont care if a single homing launcher can take it out, that's what the flares are for.

if hunter gets added them need to make it more armored whats the point having flares if a mingun can take it

looking back at it now, the DLC might end up a lot closer to this trailer than some people have speculated:

no offense but I have watched that trailer before and all the vehicles were stupid I mean come on think about it a plow on a tank? Who does that tanks are meant to go over stuff and crush it not push it out of the way.

I have a feeling if the Hunter is added, it's going to be the Hunted based off of the heavy artillery we are recieving.

Only if the cooldown on flares is long enough to allow the AA APC and homing launcher to fire at you again without being avoided.

The whole point of flares is to give you an extra chance to evade a single missile and allow you to use that time to get the f*ck away safely.

 

But when i read people wanting flares all i read is people wanting to keep attacking whoever they where attacking and remain untouchable.

Didn't really see this brought up, but will the Skylift perhaps get some love? It just crossed my mind that we never used it in online, not Even by NPCs. In TBoGt it carried the APC for example. Or perhaps use it in a mission to steal a waggon full of weapons? Who knows...

Considering the performance i do not really know if i would buy it to be honest.

I dunno, but Uncle Lest seems like a cool guy, I wouldn't mind him taking some kind of role related to gun running business, hacking things in the background or something. Who ever mentioned Agent 14, he could be our go to guy when it comes to gun running, after all these two are somewhat related.

its added, but is underpowered (according to the hunter crew at least) they complain

 

its added and is well balanced but other new vehicles can match it, they complain

 

its not added....all hell breaks loose loool

Also there are still some tanks with mine plows in service and there are loads of specialized vehicles based on modern tanks but modified up so they take the role of mine plower.

Exactly, like how the flares work in BF3, you can dodge a missile but if you dont fly away, a second missile will hit you since your flares are on cooldown.

Tank's with plows are an actual thing in the form of the M1 ABV https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assault_Breacher_Vehicle however they are mostly used for clearing minefields, but that could be translated to pushing vehicles out of the way, to prevent the tank from taking damage due to an exploding vehicle, by just raising up the plow to where it's off the ground.
