You guys are talking about exosuits and jetpacks. What about an exosuit with a jetpack? It could be some kind of armored suit that includes both functionalities. Something stolen off Merryweather or government like in GTA San Andreas.

so... basically Iron-Man suit?

If anything, UFO/Jetpack will be for SP. There is no way i could see R* putting either of those into GTAO. Especially considering that both seem to have been cut or temporarily removed so the possible solution to the Chiliad Mystery isn't just easily solvable by digging thru files. Best bet for those 2 is to actually solve the EE chain (if it wasn't also completely cut from SP before release). God forbid R* ever give us a noodge in the correct direction 😒

 

OT: very curious about just how effective the new AA vehicles will be... surely better than the homing launcher...right?

Goldeneye64's cheat codes went undiscovered for nearly 20 years. I'd be so impressed if someone finally solves this in 2034, if there is anything to solve. R* should keep schtum.

I imagine a bullet hell unleashed by a quad cannon being very effective against aerial vehicles. The quadcannon has to be manned by driver and gunner though, the APC SAM modification maybe will be as dangerous as a Insurgent with Homing Launcher with 4x magazine.

Let's say if I deposited 15+ million in cash at once would r* be notified that there are some weird dealings going on? I recall reading about an 8million max amount but I'm not sure. Thanks

Nah, they only count if you spend more than you earn.

Every dlc i transfer my (100) millions over to 1st character and ive never had a issue once im done spending i transfer them back 1million at a time back to 2nd character to keep them safe :)

The maximum cash deposit amount is 1 billion exactly, I have done this on numerous occasion on more than 1 account with no issue. I had to bank multiple biliions 1 billion at a time after receiving it in cash. (PC)

When was the last time you had direct access to an N64 cartridge data ? Are you competent to program N64 games ? Ever seen the color of a N64 devkit ? How many people in the world fit this description and possess the knowledge to understand those data ?

 

How many people in the world care about searching data on old N64 cartridges for lost cheats and coins , only for internet bragging rights ?

 

The ratio of people searching GTAV files vs Goldeneye / Donkeykong ( cause i can already see that one coming ) must be 10 000 : 1 .

 

Haven't seen many Donkeykong64 modding communities either. Let's be serious and realist for a second here please.

I'm reading stuff here that's making me real sad. Explosive rounds for a sniper rifle? You mean you want the railgun online? Because that's exactly what it is. We don't even know how much of a sh*t show GTAO will be once the Gunrunning stuff release, can we calm down about putting more griefing tools in a game that's already suffering from craps like explosive rounds on jets, BST, etc?

 

Here I just want some balance fixes for Online, but R* won't do anything about it, except throwing more crap in and "hope" it will fix the OP things, by possibly giving more OP'd things. "Oh so your car is on fire? Let me just help you out by throwing fuel on it!"

 

But anyway, I just want to see what will happen with the APCs and AA before deciding wether or not we're all doomed in public lobbies.

i thought the vulkan became the hydra.

 

rc vehicle could still be in gunrunning though,the rc bomb plane from vice city comes to mind.

 

rubber gun? maybe a swat riot gun with rubber baton rounds?

RC cars are plausible because they are easily made and let you completely rediscover the San Andreas map, i bet Rockstar wouldn't pass such a opportunity.

Do you know if real life military helicopters have some sort of AI co-pilot which can communicate with the main pilot via computer voice?
I'm asking this because there are cut audio files for such an AI co-pilot in the game:
He sais think like : "critical damage""locked on target""fuel empty""reloading"

I don't know about an actual voice, but I'm sure they have a lot of high-tech systems to warn the pilot of things, if flying into the ground (lol) that kind of thing. There's also probably a lot of stuff that's kept from being publicly know, I'd imagine.

The military helicopter ... Hmmm, not sure what it could be. Maybe it's left over files that they didn't use, for the Savage or something? Maybe an old version of a helicopter that got scrapped?

 

Doesn't sound like there was much to it - I mean, no name; just "military helicopter".

 

Or it's a completely new helicopter, in which case there's a few things it could be. A Mil-Mi 28, a KA-52, a heavily armed Blackhawk, etc.

How about we just say screw it and just shrink our characters while we're at it. It'd add an interesting twist to doing contact missions and freemode killing.

-Rubber Gun was going to be a DLC weapon before it got thrown into hell. All that remains is a weapon name mention (along the other cut weapons) in a last-gen file, sound, and a placeholder render. The weapon mention has been removed on the current-gen version of the that file (while the other cut weapons remain so that kinda says something). Unlike the other weapons, it also has no HUD Icon/HUD entry remaining. Assuming that it stuns people similarly to the Stun Gun (minus the electric shock), it's not going to come back. Not in Online at least.

-Dunno about mgn_sml_am83_vera, but mgn_sml_am83_verb is the Assault Sniper, that's correct.

-Vulkan is never going to return. Not unless Rockstar changes the entire model and somehow makes it unique from the existing jets. That's if we're going by the exact name. If we're going by the model/concept, we already got it back.

-RC Vehicles were cut so early on they probably never existed, sounds and police scanner aside, tbh. Tiny Racers Part 2 is not confirmed. But it would be cool to see an explosive RC vehicle like in the past GTA's.

 

Only the Hunter and the weapons (Heavy Rifle, Programmable AR, Assault Sniper, Assault MG) have some chance of returning in Gunrunning, in my opinion.

Yes, the Vulkan become the Hydra.

 

In the back, the jet seen in the trailers of GTA V and in the television ad, has the code: V-22, while the hydra has: H-27

Pretty nice odds for that delicious helicopter then. Hopefully it's both though. It could be both, right?
