there is a tampa(pv) that can get upgraded to have weapons... does this means that once upgraded would it turn into a pegasus vehicle? i dont think so.

I don't think rules are about to change. Rules are that armed PV's get stored in dedicated facilities, like the storage in the car warehouse right now for the Ruiner2000.

 

The announcement even says "youll find sprawling underground headquarters for sale, ready to be stocked with new military grade vehicles" Which means you can buy military grade vehicles and stock them in the warehouse. After all that's literally what it said.

and June 6th is exactly 3 weeks of qabeta testing so it makes the most logical sense to release on June 6th

- They can be stored in garages which is also a highly requested feature

- They have limited weapon ammo which makes them some what balanced

 

What we saw in I/E is just a start, there is lots of potential for them, I think you will change your mind if we got a Special Vehicle helicopter that you can customize.

It would be even better if they the one's we can actually buy aren't nerfed to sh*t...

 

True, but the Special Vehicles that aren't nerfed are ridiculous. The CEO Ruiner 2000 is able to withstand 12 RPGs, which is a bit too much.

That's why you simply auto-lock onto the fool in the airy unprotected 1980s cabin with an assault rifle or MG.

With deep weapon customization being confirmed I still have my hopes up to slap the Advanced Thermal Scope onto the Standard Sniper rifle or Heavy Sniper.

With deep weapon customization I want to swap and re-swap mods on the go (like scopes and suppresors) from the interaction menu.

Also maybe mix up the existing mods between the weapons. Maybe add the 4x scope on the Heavy Sniper or the 8x zoom on the Marksman Rifle etc.

 

And new ammo type like explosive rounds(might me a little too OP) or tranq. rounds (ragdoll the player without taking any damage) that can't be purchased at ammunation, only sourced and delivered to the bunker.

 

 

I know you all blew your load when you saw the APC and other military artillery but dammit, I like gunz. And I expect some more gun love with GUNrunning.

 

 

A new type of animation where your player in real time screws/unscrews suppressors from their barrel is something i have wanted for a couple years. It would add immersion and more of a fast pace to the gameplay IMO.

Applying Crew Colors, metal finishes, standard colors with pearlescent accents on your weapons is what i'm hoping for.

 

Looking at the metal finish on the heavily modified Assault Rifle in the screenshot gives me hope. It doesn't look like the platinum tint to me (not shiny enough at all) which is what really gets me locked and loaded that it's a metal finish.

 

That's definitely the Assault Rifle. But that's a new Stock. And new magazine. So we're probably getting some customization options that probably won't be available in ammunation.

 

Wonder if they'll add a Grenade Launcher as a underbarrel mod. Switch or fire on Dpad-Right, the same button you use to throw a throwable while aiming.

Would be pretty cool.

Yeah and for Mas U Sees who said Special Vehicles Circuit dropped during an event week, no it did not. There was a weekend full of bonuses just before the update to get us ready for it (Don't know why, there was nothing to buy except the GP1 and the drip fed cars came later). A new event week started the day the update came out (March 14th) and lasted until the following Wednesday (March 22nd).

 

I would post the links but for some reason, the post about the event week leading right up to SVC isn't appearing on the Rockstar Newswire but only on the Social Club Events page.

Ya know this just came to me all of a sudden. What if Gunrunning bunker thingy was pretty much just Pegasus version of Benny's? Take anything Pegasus wise and fine tune your useless Rhinos, Savages, maybe even upgrade your Buzzard to add on increased armor, mobility, and firepower. Could be R* sneaky way of reviving our favorite aircraft/helis/land vehicles. Wouldn't that be awesome if that's R* real motivation here?
