IMO the Special Vehicle missions and Lamar missions models are basically the only contact mission/heist hybrids we can expect to see.

Rockstar doesn't care about E3. They will release it when they want.

Thing is if rockstar wants to make that "massive update" quote a real thing then ofcourse there Will MUCH more then was shown in the teaser.

 

i expect around 15 new toys.

 

I mean bikers and import had around 20 vehicles each. Yet only 2or 3 were shown beforehand.

i think what they mean with that is that this business is not tied to the vip/ceo/mc, you know you are not required to own a office/mc club to be able to partake

well that doesnt matter because you would still have to spend millions buying a bunker to be able to unlock this madness!

Meaning that the Gunrunning system will be tied to CEO/VIP and Biker groups in some way, not adding a new type of "Organization type".

 

Also at the people who think anything before a June 13th release is out of question just because of the Event week:

Remember Special Vehicle Circuits? The Update dropped in the middle of the Event Week, also adding some other discounts too.

I'll probably get alot of flak for saying that but i can't wait for dataminers to find all vehicles, drip feed or not so we get a good look at them.

 

I can plan my purchases ahead of the release depending on how the reports from "early testers" are.

Im not the kind to blindly buy a vehicle first and then find out it's a piece of useless crap. Or not usable like id want it to be.

Its especially important with the type of vehicles we're getting with GR.

what i get from the announcement is that there are no strings attached to any of the current organizations available.

 

meaning that i can join new to gtao and go straight to being a gun runner, without having to jump the hoops of buying a office/mc club to be able to access the gunrunning content.

thats the current rule but look at the announcement, there is a tampa(pv) that can get upgraded to have weapons... does this means that once upgraded would it turn into a pegasus vehicle? i dont think so.

 

i think some useless rules are about to change.

It is just about reading comprehension really.

It clearly states:

I cannot spell it out more for you.

Judging by the content of the article it is literally undoubtable that the VIP/CEO and Bikers thing is connected to the new content introduced in the Update in some shape or form.

Also you don't have to buy an Office to become a VIP.

Do you know that before the Office became available last year, you needed 1 million in bank to be able to be a VIP, now that restriction is gone, you can register as a VIP without even owning an office which means maybe you won't need an office or clubhouse to be able to own a bunker and do gunrunning work.

The Tampa will most likely be a Special Vehicle, just like the other armed vehicles we can buy and customise.

 

Or some new GR variant of them, knowing R*. Stored in your hatch.

I wonder if the classic and the AA APC will be separate vehicles or if we'll be able to customize their weapons like with the Tampas. I sure hope that they won't be the same vehicle since, assuming that it will be a special vehicle with the same mechanics that the I/E special vehicles, we wouldn't be able to own both of them. I would sacrifice the AA one in that case.

Another thing I hope is that the update won't focus too much in business-tied special vehicles, since in that case we probably wouldn't get new Pegasus vehicles (and aircrafts as a consequence), which is I/E's biggest issue imho.

Tampa could be like the Duke - buy from Pegasus but can customise and store in your garage.
