I think that if you have 10 or 15 million saved up and you pace yourself you can buy a really good the bunker and easily the first couple of vehicles and weapons that you want straight away. (I would play the supply missions to get a discount though)

I think that buying the cheapest bunker will take away convenience and your money if you are not 100% satisfied with the location. If you need to spend a few minutes picking a location and actually driving there to check out the area then go ahead it's worth it and you know what your getting from the outside. We all know that the cheapest properties always have the most traffic of players owning them. When the Vehicle Warehouses in I/E were available a lot of players went out and bought the least expensive location and had into little to no privacy or seclusion in terms of NPC gangs attacking you and other players protecting their warehouse against you -when you both own the same property.

From what rockstar said "Dotted throughout Blaine County are hatches" they were talking about the different location of the bunkers and the options you will have across the state of Los Santos. Why live right on top of another player when you can have what feels like your own bunker isolated and safely away from others. That's the entire point if you think about it. Take the Maze Bank office for example, what you see is what you're paying for. When I fly into the city I never have to think about where my office is because it's the tallest building in the city. It's a distinct landmark from afar and that type of connivence is what you pay top dollar for, the view as well.

The location that you chose for your Bunker is going to really complement the illegal arms trading or it's going to break the immersion by seeing everyone and their little friends going to the same cheap bunker as you, if you so chose. I know a lot of you inflated your savings from all of the x2 events. Any one of you can chose a high end bunker or the most expensive if you wanted to and set yourself up in a quiet place of operations not having to worry about other (nosy) rival players. Don't get stingy spending a few million (2.5-3.5) on a nice bunker in the dessert. If your property is in a convenient location for rival player like in the city for example, then it's going to be convenient for them you set up proximity mines outside your bunker with your name on it. If your bunker is in a bad spot then you're going to be having to constantly looking over your shoulder for players hanging out there. I'm going to pick out a pricy bunker up north in the desert, away from the main attractions that the city brings.

So, 'some' people were confident we're getting info on Friday, we got them on Thursday (they also claimed that there's a specific time where Rockstar, then Rockstar posted on a different time yesterday), they were also confident that it's the 6th, instead it's the 13th, when i said there's no pattern, they said it's bs.

I called it first 4 weeks ago, even though I speculated we'd get announcement on the 2nd.

 

 

 

 

 

I personally think Gunrunning is coming sometime in late May

I'm feeling early-mid June, with a drip feed leading up to an Independence day event.

 

I'm going with announcement on 2nd of June. Release on the 13th.

(cause of I/E, was announced on 2nd of December and released on the 13th)

 

And periodic unlocks for the next month or so, (including 4th of July).

I want to be wrong cause I want it as soon as possible but that's my speculation.

i think what they mean with that is that this business is not tied to the vip/ceo/mc, you know you are not required to own a office/mc club to be able to partake

He's been inconsistent as hell, and has got multiple things wrong.
