I think they might do the same thing they did with bikers - today/tomorrow newswire post with 2-3 pics with no date, only "coming soon..." and then surprise trailer and dlc drop on 30th

 

The first Valentines Day event (2014) started on a Friday, but that was to coincide with the holiday. I don't remember any other Friday-commencements of events.

Sounds like these new vehicles are going to be free roam only, given this first teaser mentions they are stored in the new facilities, not Pegasus or PVs.

So they will most likely be just like SPVs.

 

To mention I see nothing about helicopters or other vehicles yet, just the Tampa modifications & APC.

Knowing R* they more than likely wouldn't tease such a thing as the Hunter in the first showoff anyway.

So it seems we can install different weapons on the armoured Tampa. Twin or single minigun on the roof + what looks like a compact missile launcher on the front. I also wonder what the thing marked with '?' might be.
