Prepare also for the possibility of a trailer next week and a release on the 13th... unlikely considering how long QAbeta has been being updated, but still entirely possible. I just hope the next event is something meaty to tide us over.

That's not why. Releasing trailers on launch day shows a spike in players and shark card revenue. That's why they wait for DLC day now to release the trailer.

It's obvious that any meaningful pattern isn't followed in regards to releasing DLC's, but it is still fun to speculate. Can't remember when was the last time we've been left hanging without any viable info, so I guess R* is approaching new depths of secrecy and silence as if they haven't been way too short on words already. But, that's maybe to be expected, since that's the best way to fuel up and keep the hype train going for this long.

Yan did say they were Extremely pissed about the massive I/E leaks. Since then all leakers are shut down and fun cant even mine any nuggets. They're experimenting with various methods of viral marketing.

I mentioned this yesterday in regards to the carrier that I think that Rockstar should add one aircraft carrier to each lobby and have it as a playable freemode mission under the new "militia" mode or whatever they wind up calling it. Buy a bunker to unlock "militia" freemode missions which then gives a player access to start a Piracy Prevention sort of job to protect the aircraft carrier much like the yacht. Then there should be some king of the hill reward for dominating the carrier with special temporary carrier abilities that are time locked for 30 minutes in favor of the militia that wins the aircraft carrier piracy prevention job.

I wouldn' say R* was pissed off that much by the leakers in general, if you don't want leaks in the first place, protect your data better, but I'm sure they did not like that insider, "Rockstarfa**ot" at all, leaking all the stuff in particular detail. Edited May 25, 2017 by ChengizVlad09
